“GOOD NEIGHBOR” POLICIES
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
• No smoking/vaping in common areas including pool and cafe.
• No wood burning fires. Propane only.
• 15 mph for all vehicles including golf carts and bicycles.
• Bikes are not allowed in pool areas or on tiled floor around the clubhouse.
• You may encounter security cameras on rental properties.
• Observe your neighbors’ right to a “quiet environment”:
1. Be aware of your TV and stereo volume level.
2. Control your dogs barking.
3. Control your parties and guests noise level.
