Park Information

• Check out time 11:00 am; if you want to stay past 11:00 am, please check with the office. There is a late check-out fee of $30.

• If you think you might extend your stay, let the office know as soon as possible. If you do not, then you may end up having to move sites to get your extension.

• We follow the City of Mesa ordinance and Arizona Law (revised statues 11-1012) regarding pets. Pets must always be on a leash. Pets can be walked throughout the park but are not allowed to relieve themselves on residents’ granite or drive areas. It is mandatory that you pick up after your pet and dispose of properly. Aggressive dogs may result in owner being requested to rehome dog from the park.

• Trash pickup is on Wednesday and Friday, during season, depending on your location in the park. During off-season, trash pickup is on Wednesday for the entire community. Please check with the office for your exact day. Days and times are subject to change. The green recycle bins are for paper, flattened cardboard and recyclable plastics. NO HOUSEHOLD TRASH ALLOWED.

• Please park on your site or designated parking areas. Additional parking is available at an additional charge on a monthly basis.

• No burning of wood in charcoal grill or fire pits.

• No outside clotheslines allowed.

• No smoking in laundry, restrooms or pool area. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

• Pools and spas open daily from 7 am to 11 pm. Pools and spa in Unit 1 are designated for children accompanied by resident and not allowed in other pool areas. There is no lifeguard on duty.

• All buildings are locked up by 11:00 pm and open between 6:00 and 7:00 am.

• It is recommended that a surge protector and a pressure regulator (water) be used.

• Sewer connections must be sealed.

• Both water and sewer need to be connected, not one or the other.

• Per City of Mesa Code, all sewer lines must be sealed and lifted off the ground. They may not lay on ground level.

• Registered guests are responsible for the safe and proper conduct of their dependents and guests.

• Resident and guest badges must be worn at all times when on the grounds or attending any events.

• Designated quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

• Speed limit in the park is 10 MPH.

• Driving through unoccupied spaces is not allowed.

• Walking or cutting through vacant or occupied sites is not allowed.
