RULES & REGULATIONS
CAMPER ARRIVAL REMINDERS
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• All guest visitors, including party attendees, must register at the office. Visitor day fees are $5.00 per person per day. Visitors must exit by 10:00 PM.
• Speed Limit: 8 MPH. Driver’s license and golf cart insurance required to drive golf carts.
• Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Golf Cart Curfew: 12AM – 5:00 AM. All children to be at their site by 10:00 PM.
• No biking, rollerblading, or skateboarding after dark. Electric bikes and scooters must follow the 8 MPH speed limit.
SWIMMING AND ACTIVITIES
• No lifeguard provided; participation in swimming and sport activities are at your own risk.
• Do not swim alone. Parents or guardians must accompany children under 14 years of age.
• You must accompany your visitors at the pools.
• Do not consume alcohol and swim.
CAMPFIRES
• No unattended campfires. Do not use gasoline to start fires. All campfires must be extinguished by midnight.
• Only split-kiln dried firewood is allowed. Firewood is available for purchase in the store.
SAFETY
• Mini-bikes and motorized scooters are not allowed. Motorcycles are permitted only for entering and exiting the park.
• No firearms, fireworks, drones, or other devices management deems dangerous.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only at your campsite, not in common areas.
• Children must always be supervised.
BEHAVIOR
• No abusive language, loud noises, drunkenness, fighting, or disturbing behavior.
• No open cannabis use.
PETS
• Pets must be leashed, never left alone or tied to trees. You must clean up after your pets.
• Pets are prohibited from buildings and swimming areas.
• Dogs with a history of aggressive behavior, and those without current vaccination records are prohibited.
