Park Rules & General Information
• Please abide by the Park Speed Limit of 10 mph
• Guests must leave park by 10:00 pm.
• One self-contained RV per campsite.
• All RVs must be parked on cement pad.
• Please DO NOT change sites without prior approval from the office.
• Please make sure that your sewer hose has a tight rubber collar.
• To help keep our grass looking nice, we ask that you please refrain from parking and placing rugs on our grass.
• Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Campers disturbing their neighbors after quiet hours will be asked to leave. Quiet motorcycles allowed.
• Please be courteous to your neighbors. Music and conversations should not be heard beyond your site.
• Disorderly conduct, offensive language and firearms will not be tolerated.
• Please, NO Clotheslines, except those that attach solely to your RV.
• Washing cars or RVs is prohibited.
• NO OPEN FIRES. Grilling is okay.
• Anyone wishing to operate a golf cart/ATV inside the park must have a valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
• Feel free to ride bicycles, we just ask that you keep off of the sidewalks, be courteous to other pedestrians, and only partake during daylight hours.
• Please do not dispose of fish waste in the dumpster.
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted in moderation at your site only. Possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor is illegal and will not be tolerated.
• Restrooms, showers, and laundry areas are open 24 hours a day for your convenience.
• It is illegal to trespass on railroad property.
• We like our trees; please do not trim or gather wood.
• Clubhouse use requires shoes and shirts. No wet bathing suits.
• Guests agree to keep their site clean, neat and in an orderly fashion at all times. No storage under RV. No “For Sale” items on display, and no business or commercial activity permitted.
