WI-FI TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
• Be sure to TURN OFF your device HOTSPOTS so your device won’t bounce from hotspots to Wi-Fi.
• Wi-Fi Boosters are NOT allowed in the campground, as they disrupt our Wi-Fi signal.
GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 am. Please reregister prior to 10:00 am. Extra fees apply after 12:00 pm.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• EMERGENCIES: Please dial 911 for any Fire, Police or Ambulance emergencies. For after-hours campground assistance, dial 575-280-0030.
• Water/Electric Guests: See the front desk for dump station location.
• Visitor Registration: Registered guests are responsible for having all visitors register at the front office upon arrival.
• Generators are ONLY ALLOWED during a power outage.
• Laundry: Open 24/7. Use the PayRange Credit card kiosk or app. Quarters are also available in the office. Washing of PET Bedding is NOT allowed.
• Pool: Our heated pool is available for registered campers only. All guests 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please do NOT hang from the pool rope. If this rope breaks, the pool WILL BE CLOSED until the line gets fixed!
• Please accompany and stay with all children under 12.
• Riding bicycles and all other ride-on toys after dark is prohibited.
• One RV and one passenger vehicle is allowed per site. NO parking on asphalt roads or roadways. NO parking in vacant sites.
• Fires: BBQ grills and self contained fire pits ARE allowed. No exterior appliances other than BBQ grills.
• DO NOT empty portable toilets in the restrooms! Please ask for instructions for where to empty them.
• AWNING ALERT! We recommend that you never leave your awning extended when you are leaving the campground, due to sudden high winds.
• Vehicle Washing: See one of our front desk representatives for options.
• Pet-iquette: We love welcoming pets to Las Cruces KOA! To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests—both two-legged and fourlegged—please follow these guidelines:
• Pets must be on a leash at all times while in the campground, including at your site.
• Aggressive behavior toward people or other animals will not be tolerated. Any pet displaying aggressive behavior will be required to leave the campground immediately.
• Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets’ actions and behavior. Current vaccination records and documentation must be provided upon request.
• Please clean up after your pet promptly. A pet waste disposal fee of $25 will be assessed for failure to pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
• To help maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, pets may not be left unattended, and excessive barking is not permitted.

Electric car charging is not allowed in our campground. SO MUCH TO DO IN AND AROUND LAS CRUCES!
Donations for KOA Care Camps are appreciated for use of the dog wash, car washing, and loan of sleds for White Sands National Park.
• NO HOT GRILLS on picnic tables. $150 damage fees apply.
