Check-In/Out time: RV check-in is between 12 Noon to 8pm in season (5pm winter months). RV check-out is 11:00am. Villas check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Villas check-out is 11am. Villas are closed during the winter months. If you would like to stay past your check-out time, a 1/2 day (daily rate) will be collected.
Reservation Procedures: All sites are assigned and depend on the length and width of your unit. Annual guests are given preference. If a daily, weekly, or monthly reservation has been made and an annual site holder chooses this site, you will be moved to an alternate site. We cannot guarantee any specific site or rental.
RV Length and Capacity: No RVs, trailers or 5th wheels larger than 36 feet allowed. Camping sites maximum site capacity is 36 feet depending on availability.
Changing Sites: Changing sites is not permitted without the Resort Manager’s approval in writing.
Visitors: All visitors MUST register with the Resort Office upon arrival. There is a maximum of four visitors per site. Visitors must be registered as an overnight visitor with the Resort Office in order to stay past 5:00pm. Visitor fees apply.
Sewer Connections: Donuts are required to connect to the sewer line. Smoking & Alcohol: are prohibited in any public building. This includes the Resort Restrooms. The display of alcohol anywhere in the Resort is prohibited. Please conceal alcoholic beverages in an alternate cup or cover entirely with a koozie.
Garbage: All garbage should be tied in bags, boxes broken down, and placed in the dumpsters. Oversized debris and trash removal should be removed by site occupant and disposed of off-site.
Laundry: Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room.
Clotheslines are prohibited.
Pool: Hours are 10:00am - 8:00pm Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool furniture is first come, first served.
Boating: The usage of gas motors in the lake is prohibited. Small electric trolling motors are permitted as long as an agreement by the site holder has been signed and a boat license paid.
Overflow Parking & Motorized Vehicles: Each site is allowed 1 vehicle. Overflow parking is provided near the maintenance shed and at the end of G Section. All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. Night vehicles must display lights. The speed limit in the Resort is 5mph for all vehicles, including scooters and golf carts. All golf carts should be registered with the office at the time of check-in. The two roads around the recreation area are one way for vehicles and golf carts. No Gators or side by sides.
Quiet Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am. Loud music, loud outdoor talking, and generators are prohibited during this time. Please wear light colored clothes and carry a flashlight so you can be seen. Be sure to walk with traffic - not against it.
Campfires: Should be contained in a short metal or rock fire ring to minimize danger. Campfires should be at least 11 feet away from any structure or unit. All fires should be completely extinguished when an adult is not present. Fires may not exceed 36 inches in height. Burning trash is prohibited.
No Trespassing: All guests are required to stay within the boundaries of the Resort, and must not trespass onto neighboring property. The Resort boundaries are marked with signs, and in certain locations, fence. In addition, guests of the Resort are only allowed to use the portion of the lake that extends from the shore on the Resort side of the lake to the boundary line running through the lake. The boundary line in the lake is marked with buoys with no trespassing signs. Guests of the Resort are not allowed to use the portion of the lake on the other side of the boundary line. A violation of this or any rules is grounds for expulsion from the Resort, without refund.
After Hours Emergencies: If you are staying on a campsite and you experience a loss of power, please call 336-830-6607. If you are staying in a villa and you experience a loss of power, loss of operable commode, or flooding, please call 336-830-6607. For all other emergencies, please call 911. If you need routine maintenance assistance, please call the office during business hours.
