GUIDELINES FOR
EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
• Drones: DRONES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
• Your camping rate is up to 6, however, rate is for 2 adults and 2 children up to 17 years old, per campsite. Sites may only have one camper or one tent. NO EXTRA TENTS ON CAMPSITES. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL EXTRA VISITOR FEES ARE PAID IN ADVANCE. There is one picnic table per campsite and one fire ring. You may park up to 2 vehicles on the site you’re camping, NOT on any other sites. Ride bicycles ONLY during daylight hours.
• Persons under 21 need to be with a parent to stay at the Lake Milton/Berlin KOA Holiday.
• All visitors and guests paying daily admission must be out of park by 11:00 pm. NO MORE THAN A TOTAL OF 12 PERSONS ON SITE AT ANY TIME.
• Overnight guests must be registered before the office close. Overnight guests must be out by 11 am.
• Electric Vehicles: Absolutely no charging electric vehicles on RV sites.
• No motorized mini-bikes or mini-motorcycles are allowed in the campground.
• NO PARKING allowed on the roadways at any time. (No Off-Road Vehicles Allowed). This is not an offroad property. STAY ON THE GRAVEL.
• Campsites are assigned. Do not set up on any site or move to another site without first checking with the office. Please walk or drive around campsites other than your own, whether occupied or not.
• The registered camper is responsible for the behavior of all persons occupying or visiting their site. After 10 pm all children under 21 must be accompanied by parent or guardian when off site.
• Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am.
• Speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive carefully. Be considerate of fellow campers. Golf carts are to be driven by licensed drivers only. Bicycle must respect speed limit of campground.
• Rules for our Pavilions: No smoking on the dance floor. No drinking on the dance floor. Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time. No pets, bikes, skateboards, skates or scooters at the pavilion. No running at the pavilion. Anyone with disruptive or unruly behavior will be asked to leave.
• Carpets: Thank you for not putting carpets on our grass. Only carpets that are made specifically “to breathe” are allowed to be placed on the grass, and we ask that you bring them up during the night,

so the grass can “have a break.” We, and the next camper on that site, value the nice green grass.
• Swim at your own risk: Swimming is at your risk. No lifeguard on duty. For your own safety, please do not swim alone. Obey posted swimming Lake Rules. Children under 14 must have an adult with them at all times. There is no swimming permitted in the fishing lake.
• Trash: Please do not put household trash in any other garbage can at the park. We will pick up bagged trash placed at the front of your site between 8 am and 11 am. Because we are visited by wildlife, please do not put trash out at any other time. Please do not use our campground as an ashtray. Dispose of your cigarette butts properly not in the fire rings.
• Alcohol: No open alcoholic beverage containers permitted off your site. All buildings are alcohol free.
• Children: Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times. You cannot leave minors unattended in the campground. Please be certain that your children are also aware of all the rules in the campground. Children (11 and under) must be in the company of adults when at the bathhouse.
• Prohibited items: Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, bows and arrows, air rifles, pellet guns.
• Pets: Pets are permitted at the responsibility of their owners. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it at home. Please keep your dog quiet. Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and on your site always while in the park. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT PAVILIONS, LAUNDRY ROOM, PLAYGROUNDS, BEACH AREA, BATHHOUSE AND GAME ROOM. Only adults 18 years and older should walk dogs! Daily visitors are not permitted to bring dogs into the campground. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Invisible fences are NOT permitted. Do not leave your dog alone at your site.
• Security Gate: Main gate is closed when the store is closed. Get a gate pass if returning late. Do not go around the gate and do not open it manually. You break it, you pay for it. If you forget your pass, call the office.
• Failure to observe these rules will result in your eviction of the park with no refunds.
• In the event of a storm, you may seek shelter in the Main Bathroom, Game Room or Laundry Room.
