Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay
• RV Check-In Time: 12:00 pm
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
• Cottage Check-In Time: 4:00 pm
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late check-out not available at all locations.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please respect your neighbors during your late night activities.
• Mail: For assistance with mail, please see a member of the office team.
• Speed Limit: 10 mph. Please follow one-way signs and arrows.
• Garbage: Please put all garbage in the compactor. Do not put any garbage or bulk items on the ground. There are separate dumpsters for household trash, yard debris, and recycling.
• Children: All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the property. A 16-year-old cannot be responsible for younger children.
• Campfires: Campfires are allowed as long as the device is not sitting directly on the ground and must have a dome over the top. The resort will enforce any official fire bans enforced by local government.
• Smoking & Vaping: Smoking & vaping is not permitted in any buildings including the rental cottages and bathhouses.
• Sewer Connections: Please use a “donut” to connect to the sewer.
• Power Supply: We strongly urge the use of surge protectors between your RV and power source.
• Laundry: Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room. Laundry must be hung using a free hanging, self-supporting device that is attached to your RV. (NO CLOTHESLINES)
• Golf Carts and Other Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. We do not allow ATVs or off-road vehicles in the resort. You must obey all posted signs and drive the correct way on the streets.
• Trailers: We do not allow any trailers (cargo, flatbed, etc.) to be kept on your site. If you need to store your trailer you can check with a member of the office team to learn about on-site storage options.
