Jellystone Park™ Pigeon Forge Policies PET RULES • Pets must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners’ vehicles and may not be left unattended at any time. Do not tie pets to any type of tree or bush. Good pet behavior is required! Hostile or aggressive pets of any breed will not be permitted to remain in the park. Do not allow your pet to disturb other campers. Constant barking is grounds for removal from park. • Be considerate of other campers and pick up after your pet immediately! • Dog Run: Fully enclosed so your pet can enjoy some off-leash time to play, run and explore. A trash receptacle is provided for the disposal of pet droppings. • Portable dog fences are strictly prohibited. All pets must be on a leash with their owner present. • Scoop the Poop! RESORT RULES • Fees are payable in advance at the office during regular business hours. If you wish to stay another day or delay your departure, please check with the office to make sure if incoming reservations have been assigned to your site or cabin. Check in time is 1 pm for sites and 3 pm for cabins. Check out time for all RV site and cabins is 11 am. • One camping vehicle and one driving vehicle are permitted per site. Cabin guests must park in their assigned parking spot with their car tag visible in the windshield. • Visitors must be registered at the office and applicable fees paid. • No parking is allowed in any gravel areas around the park. Only at your site or assigned cabin parking spot. • We do not allow extra vehicles - we don’t have the space. • Please do not park on grass. Park in designated areas only. • Campfires are to be built in the area provided at each site and must not be left unattended. • 911 phones are located on the exterior of each bath house. • Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Alcoholic beverages must be confined to your campsite and lack of moderation may require us to ask you to leave without refund.

• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect your fellow campers right to a good night’s sleep. • Speed limit in the Resort is 10 mph. Please observe all one way signs. • All trash must be placed in the large dumpsters at the exit of the park. Please re-clasp the large carabiners that keep our bear friends out. We do not provide trash pickup at your site. • Clotheslines are not permitted. Laundry is located at comfort station number one. • Firearms and fireworks are not permitted. • Violators of these rules and regulations may be asked to leave without a refund. These guidelines help to insure the health and safety of all our guests. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. • Guest laundry is only available at Bath House #1. • All guests must have their wristbands on when using the pool, or any other amenity or activity. POOL RULES • 911 phone is located on the exterior of the bathhouse. • No glass objects are allowed in the pool area. • No one under 18 allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult. • Pools are for registered guests only. • Observe posted pool rules. • No pets allowed in pool area. • No lifeguard on duty. • No Diving or Running around pool area. • Pool hours are from 9 am until Dusk (9 pm at the latest). *By entering the premises described in this guide, I hereby consent and authorize Jellystone Park™ to photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality, and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting, and advertising Camp-Resort’s attractions in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me. I further agree to release and hold harmless the successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the publicity items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to the Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to the Camp-Resort. Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming, or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions. I agree to release directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality property damages resulting from such Risks. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.
