RV Resort Rules
1. Checkout Time: 11:00 am. If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 9:00 am. ALL RENT IS DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE; NO REFUNDS. 2. Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in buildings. You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet. Failing to pick up after your pet will result in a $20 Fee. 3. Parking: Parking is allowed in designated areas only! Do not block driveways. Do not park on the grass, fire lanes or in any area other than your assigned parking space. Do not park in unoccupied spaces. 4. Speed Limit: 5 mph. This speed limit is strictly enforced. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians and children playing. 5. Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days. 6. Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos and TVs. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property. 7. Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located Dumpsters. DO NOT LITTER! 8. Mail: Incoming mail is received daily. 9. DO NOT move picnic tables or benches! 10. Washing RVs is PROHIBITED on Greenlake Property, unless done by one of our approved vendors. 11. Mini Mart: Ice and soft drink machines are available at the Rec Building. Washers and dryers are provided in the laundry room. 12. Your Space: Please keep clean. No clutter or debris permitted. 13. Laundry: Open 24/7.

Lake Rules & Policies 1. WARNING! The lake is deep enough that a person can drown. No lifeguard or supervision is provided. 2. No boats or floating devices are allowed in the lake. 3. No swimming or wading is allowed in the lake. 4. Children under age of 16 are not allowed within 20 feet of the lake bank without parental, guardian or custodian supervision. 5. Only CATCH & RELEASE fishing is permitted.
