Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay

GENERAL: All guests and visitors must register at the office upon entering the resort. Office hours are posted on the front door. We are a smoke-free resort. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any of our public buildings or rental units. This includes marijuana and vaping. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:

LODGING UNITS: Check-in time is 4 PM and Checkout time is 10AM.

RV & CAMPING SITES: Check-in time is 2 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM.

PETS: The resort is a pet-friendly facility and welcomes non-aggressive breeds for an additional fee. Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers and Mastiffs are not allowed. There is a maximum of 1 large or 2 medium/small dogs per site. We have a limited number of pet friendly lodging units which must be reserved in advance. When outside, pets must be kept on a leash and immediately picked up after. DO NOT leave pets unattended anywhere on the resort property at any time.

VEHICLES: One vehicle is permitted at each site. The washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited. The operation of ATVs or motorized bikes is not permitted on the resort property. Speed limit is 5 MPH through the resort.

CAMPFIRES: Campfires are permitted in designated areas only and must be contained in the fire rings provided. Gathering of wood or cutting of trees, including branches, is strictly prohibited. Firewood is available for purchase in the office store. Campfire rings are not trash receptacles. Please deposit all trash in the dumpsters located throughout the resort.

TREES: Please help us protect our trees! Do not hang or tie anything (including hammocks) to the trees.

RESTRICTIONS: For the safety of all our guests and property, we do not allow fireworks, firearms, drones or remote-control cars.

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE, UNREGISTERED VEHICLES OR PETS: Your reservation will be charged the appropriate amount per night if not registered at check-in.

LODGING GUIDELINES:

• A damage and cleaning deposit is required on all units.

• Units are cleaned prior to occupancy. We ask that you clean the dishes and utensils and take trash to a dumpster prior to departure. There is no housekeeping during your stay.

• Smoking of any kind, including all tobacco products, marijuana and vaping, in any lodging unit will incur a $250 charge.

• Pets are allowed in designated “pet-friendly” units only. Pets brought into any non-pet friendly unit will incur a $250 charge plus pet fees.

• Any key not returned to the front office at check out (or lost during your stay) will result in a $75 re-keying charge.

CAMPING GUIDELINES

• RV sites are for RVs only. We do not allow tents in RV sites.

• Tent sites are for tents only and limited to one tent per site.

GENERAL SALES & USE TAX: All accommodations are subject to tax and resort fees.

CANCELLATIONS: There are no refunds with early departures.
