














GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY
Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout resort property ... Please watch for children.
Check-Out Time is 11:00am: If you would like a late check-out (3:00pm) you must make arrangements with the registration office before 10:00am on the day of check out. The ability to extend late check out is not guaranteed.
Registration: State Law requires all campers to register before occupying any space. Please do not change your assigned space without the approval of the registration office.
Wastewater: Must be disposed of properly, no dumping on the ground. Detergent water will kill the trees and plants. Please help us protect them.
Marina: All fees must be paid before launching a boat. There is no swimming or fishing allowed in the marina.
Golf Carts and Scooters: The speed limit on all resort property is 5 MPH. Only licensed drivers aged 16 or older may operate vehicles on the grounds, and any driver under 18 is required to register at the office and obtain a wristband before using a golf cart.
Gasoline‑powered ATVs and gas‑powered golf carts are strictly prohibited anywhere on resort property. Music played on golf carts must remain for personal enjoyment only and must not disturb the peace or comfort of other guests.
State/County Law: Prohibits open fires on the ground (grills only). No open alcoholic beverages in the Store. No outside food or beverages allowed inside the restaurant, on the deck or the beach.
Pool/Spa: Hours are 8:00 am to dusk; children 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and unattended children will be asked to leave; no personal music is permitted; and guests should be aware that the pool and spa may cause discoloration of bathing suits. Guests may not bring any outside food or beverages into the pool area; all food and drink must be ordered through the on‑site restaurant, and coolers, personal snacks, alcoholic beverages, and glass containers are not permitted to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone.


FIREARMS: ARE PROHIBITED ON PROPERTY. SPEAR GUNS ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO BE TRANSPORTED ON A BOAT AND WITHIN STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS. YOU CAN FIND A LIST OF THESE LAWS AT THE MARINA STORE.
Sewer Hoses: Must drain downward and be lifted off the ground. You must also disconnect your sewer hose when leaving the park for prolonged periods.
Clotheslines: Are not permitted.
Early Departure: There are no refunds for early departure.
Quiet time: Is strictly enforced from 10:00pm to 8:00am on weekdays, and 11:00pm to 8:00am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Note: All guests are required to follow resort guidelines to maintain safety and enjoyment for everyone. Any violation may result in being asked to leave the resort at any time at the manager’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
