To ensure the happiness of each guest, please adhere to the following rules:
1. CHECK-OUT IS 11 AM CENTRAL Please be mindful of guests arriving after you; the site must be ready for them. All late check-outs must be pre-approved by the office. Any unapproved late check-out will incur late fees.
2. Sites are limited to 6 (SIX) people per site, including children/ infants and outside visitors. All visitors must check in at the office, and there is an extra charge per day.
3. Speed Limit is 5 MPH.
4. NO FIREWORKS (including sparklers) or WOOD-BURNING FIRES (including Solo Stove styles). Propane and charcoal ONLY.
5. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
6. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
7. Pool Hours are 9 AM to 10 PM. There is no lifeguard on duty. Per Florida law, children under 12 must be supervised, and glass is not allowed anywhere near or in the pool.
8. Drivers of golf carts must have a valid driver’s license. For the safety of everyone, regardless of age, no hoverboards, electric scooters, electric bikes, Barbie-style kid cars, etc. These items are not allowed on the pier.
9. NO DRONES. These devices are capable of damaging property and people.
10. Dispose of all trash, including cigarette butts and animal waste, properly.
11. Please do not tie clotheslines, lights, or hammocks to the trees.
12. There is no outside sleeping of any kind, including in screen canopies and tents.
13. Keep rugs/mats off the grass, as these can interfere with irrigation and kill the grass. Canopies are allowed only if they do not have a floor.
14. A solid sewer connection is required by Florida law. You must have a connector or a donut on your sewer hose end that fits tightly into the sewer pipe.
15. We do not offer “buddy” sites. Connections cannot go under the RVs.

16. MAX OF 3 (THREE) PETS PER SITE. They must always be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Pens, kennels, and fences are not permitted outside. Please clean up after pets immediately, and keep barking to a minimum. Pets are not permitted on the beach west of the pier; we have a dedicated pet beach to the east.



17. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.





Rig Washing: You are welcome to wash your car or rig, free of charge. However, please use only the green-capped water connections (this is well water). Call if you need a longer hose.
Parking: Parking passes are needed for all vehicles. Extra vehicles can park in the overflow areas. Please do not park any vehicle on empty sites. Please do not park on the grass (sprinkler heads are beneath the grass), on concrete patio, or in the road. Vehicles not complying with these rules will be subject to towing at owner’s expense. Rentals: We rent paddleboards and kayaks! See the office for details.

Navarre Dog Parks: Go west on 98, take 87 N, and make a right on High School Blvd. The large dog park (for dogs 25 pounds and over) is across from Navarre High School Gym. For small dogs (up to 25 pounds), the park is located north of the gym. This park is a little harder to find, since you go through a gate to the entrance. (You think you are going to the ballfield – just keep going.) Both parks are open from sunrise to sunset. Areas include fenced
