Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay

These guidelines are designed to ensure that our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. As a guest of Shadow Hills RV Resort, you and your guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines.

• Check in: If you arrived late, please sign the registration form and put it in the office door slot.

• Speed limit: Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit at all times while in the resort.

• Automobiles: Guest may park up to 2 vehicles inside their registered site only. Compliance with City Fire Code requires all streets to remain clear. The painted site number designates the fire lane. All vehicles need to be inside your site and behind that number. Vehicles shall not park on any empty site that you have not registered and paid for.

• Check in time is at 2:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am. It would be our pleasure to accommodate your early arrival or late departure request if availability permits. A nominal fee may apply.

• Propane grills are permitted in the sites. For safety reasons, open and/or wood fires are not allowed other than in the firepit and at resort-sponsored events, which must be supervised by a staff member. Please do not place BBQ grills on top of the picnic tables as they will melt the tables.

• Pool/Spa: There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of pool and spa are at the risk of the user. Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult inside the pool gates. Please do not bring any glass, tobacco, or vaping products to the pool area. If you have a bottle or glassware, the front desk is happy to supply you with plastic cups. Pool rules are posted and must be adhered to. The pool and hot tub are open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. When conditions permit, the pool and hot tub may be open later.

• Trash & Recycling Pickup: We provide trash pickup at your site each morning. Please bundle your trash and place it at the front of your site. Please do not leave trash overnight. SHRV is going green. We would be happy to pickup any recyclables you may have.

• RV/Car Washing: Vehicles/RV may not be washed at the resort, except by an RV wash company.

• Smoking, vaping are permitted at guest sites and designated common areas only. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Dispose of all litter appropriately due to dry conditions. No smoking/vaping inside any buildings including inside pool fence area.

• Pets: We welcome your well-behaved pets. Pets should be on a leash when being walked around the resort. Barking, growling or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave the resort. Please clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste. We have dog parks where clean up stations are available. Pets cannot be left unattended outside your RV or at the dog park.

• Noise/Quiet Hours: Courtesy and respect for others is essential to everyone’s enjoyment of the resort. Please keep excessive noise to a minimum and maintain peace and quiet between the hours of 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

• Propane is filled from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. If your propane tank is built onto your RV, please give the office 30 minutes notice.

• Guest: All guests must register at the office. Please inform the front desk of all visitors prior to their arrival. A nominal resort fee may apply for overnight visitors. Please respect other guests, their sites, their personal property, our staff, our resort and its facilities.
