Office: The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Closed one hour for lunch.
Check-out is NOON .
Pets: ALL pets (cats included) must be on a leash at all times. An electronic leash is not acceptable. Owners must clean up after their pets. Please do not leave pets unattended outside or leave pet food outside. The only place that a leash is not required is in the Dog Run. To avoid injury, do not attach clothesline, dog leashes or any other all-purpose lines to trees or anything other than your own rig. We ask that all pets are current on their core vaccinations.
Friendly Hour / Social Hour: 4:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse, a time for socializing, greeting new arrivals and announcements. Ice Cream Socials: Sundays at 4:00 p.m.
Incoming Mail is to be sent to the local post office: c/o your name, General Delivery, Deming, NM 88030. Escapees members using Escapees Mail Service may have mail forwarded directly to the park. Mail must arrive during the time the member will physically be in the park. Rainbow Parks cannot hold mail before arrival or forward mail after member departure.
Outgoing Mail: Pre-stamped outgoing mail may be left in the office.
Telephone and Phone Messages: Emergency messages will be delivered to your RV. Other messages will be posted on the message board outside the office.
Good Neighbor Policy: Please do not infringe on others by parking your vehicles on or walking through another site.
Generator Hours: Please operate only in the Dry Camp area. Generators are to be used ONLY from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Quiet Time: 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Trash: Please put trash in plastic bags, and place them in the dumpsters.

Emergency: Call *911 from a cell phone for fire, police or medical emergencies. If you are unable to leave your rig, honk your horn and turn on your lights. Laundry is located on the north side of the clubhouse.
Internet: Tengo Wi-Fi is available at most sites and can be purchased from your computer. For billing or technical assistance, please contact Tengo’s support line at 866-968-3646.
Sewer Connections must be threaded connectors or a rubber donut (may be purchased in the office).
All towed trailers and fifth wheels must have a vehicle capable of towing said unit out of the park throughout the rental period.
Children: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult when utilizing the buildings or attending activity functions. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult when using the billiard table or computer access.
Severe Weather: In case of impending weather, you may take shelter in the Clubhouse. The interior brick walls away from the windows offer the best protection. Weather information is available from TV stations or local radio stations.
Clubhouse / Billiard Room Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Oil Changes: Check with manager.
Activities: The Library and Video Library are in the Clubhouse.
No Wood Fires: Please use propane fire pits only. Everyone must obey all rules shown here as conveyed and established by Rainbow Park Management.
