• CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00pm.

• CHECK-OUT TIME: 11am. If you would like to extend your stay, please notify the office as early as possible.

• VISITORS & CAMPERS PASSES: All vehicles must stop and register at the office. Campers will receive their passes upon registration. Visitors are charged a fee per person per day. Registered campers are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must abide by the Campground rules and leave the Campground by 10:00pm. Visitors are allowed to stay overnight for a fee and if arrangements have been made with the office. Vehicles without parking passes may be towed at owner's expense.

• PARKING: Maximum of two vehicles per site. Extra parking is available in front and on the west side of the store. Visitors are not permitted to park on an empty site - or a site fee will be charged.

• PETS: Pets are not to be left unattended at any time during your stay. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Kamp K9 and Paw Pen sites are the only off leash areas in the Campground. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their pet at all times. Barking dogs will not be tolerated. Aggressive behavior dogs are not allowed in the park. There is a zero tolerance policy for any violations of the pet rules. Any dog found to be aggressive will be escorted from the park. Pets are not permitted in any building, including the store and cabins, on the beach or on the playground. Pet leases must not exceed 6 feet and must keep the pet from reaching outside of your campsite area. Pet owners are responsible for immediate and proper disposal of dog waste, see map for locations of dog waste stations.

• RECREATION RENTALS: Available in the office during store hours. Life jackets provided by the Campground must be worn when using rental watercraft. LAST RENTAL IS ONE HOUR BEFORE STORE CLOSING.

• QUIET TIME: 10:00pm to 8:00am. Generators or Loud stereos are not permitted at any time. No TVs, stereos or other electronic devices are allowed to be operated outside your RV during quiet hours. As a courtesy to other campers, please refrain from loud or excessive talking in or around the campground after 10 pm.

• TRASH: A complimentary trash bag is provided upon request. Please bag all trash and leave by the roadside for pick up. Last pick is at dusk on Fridays and Saturdays and 5pm on the weekdays. To assist with keeping the campground clean, please do not leave trash outside overnight. We have critters that would love to play in your trash. Trash pick-up services are provided daily only from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• LAKE RULES: Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is permitted in the designated area only. NO swimming is permitted after dark. NO motorized boats of any kind are allowed on the lake including trolling motors. Boating is permitted during day light hours

only. Please help keep our lake pollution-free. Life vest(s) are strongly recommended for all guests inside the designated swimming area. Life vest must be worn by all while on any type of vessel.

• HIKING TRAILS: There is a hiking trails around the lake. This trail is open from sunrise to sunset. The trail comes very close to certain campsite, please be mindful of others and respect the boundaries of those campsites while utilizing the trail. There are no golf carts or other motorized vehicles allowed at any time on the hiking trail.

• FISHING: Fishing is permitted in the lake for our registered campers and their guests only. No fishing license is required, but ALL state fishing laws apply. All fishing is CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY. NO FISHING ON OR AROUND THE BEACH OR DOCK. Bait and fishing equipment is available for purchase in the store.

• MIGRATORY BIRDS: Feeding geese or swans is strictly prohibited by Michigan law. Violators will be escorted off the property.

• BOAT/BIKE RENTALS: Available in the office during store hours. Life jackets/cushions provided by the Campground must be worn when using rental boats. LAST RENTAL IS 1 HOUR BEFORE STORE CLOSING.

• DISHWASHING: A dishwashing station is provided for your convenience. Located near the women’s restroom near the back of the main building.

• RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS: Are accessible in the campstore and are available 24 hours a day except during posted cleaning times from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• PLAYGROUND: The playground is open from 8am to sunset. Please respect the playground equipment. No pets or bikes are allowed in the playground area at any time.

• GRAY WATER: Please do not drain gray (sink water) on the ground. It is prohibited by Michigan law. Please use a container and dispose of the water at our Dump Station.

• DUMP STATION: Dump Station is located in the exit driveway in Front of the Propane Station. See map for location.

• ONE CAMPING UNIT AND/OR 6 PEOPLE PER SITE: Including tent sites. One additional tent can be placed on a RV site, where space is available, an extra fee will be charged. ALL TENTS ON RV SITES MUST CLEARLY DISPLAY

A PAID REGISTRATION TAG FROM THE OFFICE. Maximum tent size allowed on a RV site is 6 ft. by 6 ft. Only ONE tent on tent sites. NO TENTS ALLOWED ON CABIN SITES.

• CHARGES TO SITE: You must have a valid credit card on file to be allowed to charge to your site. Any outstanding balances or charges will be charged to the most recent card on file.

• CAMPFIRES: Are permitted only in fire rings. Wood may be purchased at the store. Do not burn trash, glass, pallets, junk wood, and brush in the fire rings.

Please use only clean cut pieces of wood. For the safety of the campground, firewood cannot exceed the diameter of the fire ring. No cutting or splitting of wood in the Campground. NO CHAINSAWS ALLOWED.

• PLEASE RESPECT THE TREES: Do not cut, bend or drive nails into them. DO NOT REMOVE TREES OR LIMBS. Please let the office know of problematic limbs.

• GOLF CARTS AND MOTORIZED VEHICLES: All golf carts must be registered with the front office and display a hanging tag. Golf cart waivers must be signed before operation in the Campground. Speed limit for golf carts is 5 MPH. Drivers must have a valid driver license. NO UNDER AGE DRIVERS ALLOWED TO OPERATE GOLF CARTS. Any Golf cart operated on Campground after dusk must have proper and functional lights at the front of the golf carts and clearly visible reflectors on the rear. No bicycles out after dark. NO MOTORIZED MINI BIKES, DIRT BIKES OR OHV ARE ALLOWED.

• NO ON-SITE VEHICLE WASHING OR REPAIRING ALLOWED.

• ALCOHOL: Drinking in excess is not allowed. Drunk and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. If this becomes a problem, you will be escorted from the property.

• FIREARMS, FIRECRACKERS, FIREWORKS, OR EXPLOSIVES of any type are not allowed in the Campground.

• LAUNDRY ROOM HOURS: Laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day Memorial Day through Labor Day or at Management discretion and can be accessed from the rear of the registration building.

• PARENTS: Are responsible for the actions of their children. Children are to be on their campsite as of 10:00pm unless accompanied by an adult.

• FOR EMERGENCY DIAL 911. IF A TEAM MEMBER IS NEEDED AFTER THE STORE CLOSES FOR A NON-MEDICAL/FIRE/POLICE EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 734-482-7722

• WAIVERS: Everyone who wants to participate in recreational activities such as bike and water craft rental, water slide and jumping pillow will need to fill out a waiver. Adult must fill the waiver for minors. Scan the QR code on the front of the map. If you need assistance please ask a staff member for help.

Management reserves the right to have your RV moved off the site if left unattended and unpaid for, at Camper’s expense. Management reserves the right to move reservations to accommodate any and all camper requests. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANY PERSON(S) VANDALIZING PROPERTY, CREATING EXCESSIVE NOISE, USING ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, ABUSING ALCOHOL, OR NOT ABIDING BY ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES, WITHOUT REFUND FROM THE CAMPGROUND.
