Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay for Everyone’s Enjoyment

The following are the general rules that apply to all campers at Thousand Trails Crescent Bar. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

1. The speed limit is 5 mph. If you are caught speeding 2 times, you will be asked to leave your car in a designated parking area and walk into the park. A third time will result in suspension.

2. RV check-in is after 12 pm and before 9 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late check-out not available at all locations.

3. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors when playing music or talking loudly during the day and evening hours.

4. Do not walk through someone else’s campsite.

5. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an ADULT at all times.

6. Pool and spa hours are 11 am to 9 pm. Beverages, food and smoking are all prohibited in the pool and spa areas.

7. There are to be no inflatables or swim boards in the pool. No jumping, diving or horseplay.

8. Please clean up after yourself.

9. Do not move the furniture in the lodge.

10. No public intoxication.

11. All staff and campers will be treated with respect and courtesy.

12. You must not string lines or hang anything from the trees. No tarps are to be hung in your site.

13. You must display your site tag on the site post or in a window visible to the road. This makes it much easier for us to do camper count without disturbing you.

14. You are REQUIRED to report your site within 30 minutes of your arrival. Collection box is located on the exit side of the Welcome Center. Please indicate if you are expecting guests. Guest Fee: $10 + tax per day.

15. Propane Fire Rings are the only allowed fires within Crescent Bar due to our region. We take fire seriously. Any abuse of the fire rules will result in suspension or being asked to leave the park immediately.

16. Tents are to be placed on gravel spaces only. Irrigation does come on nightly. It will wake you up if your tent is on the grass!

17. Limit 2 vehicles per site. Register additional vehicles at the Ranger Station for overflow parking, and obtain a vehicle parking pass.

18. At the clubhouse, children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.

19. No rugs or mats on any grass area.

Recreation equipment is available for check-out at the Welcome Center and free for your use. Please return all equipment to the Welcome Center. Please be prepared for unexpected high winds at Crescent Bar! We highly recommend retracting awnings while unattended, and tent campers may need to use additional stakes to ensure structural integrity of tents.

The property is governed by rules and regulations. Please see property management for additional details and information.
