RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Guests will register at the RV Office during regular business hours. A twohour early check-in and/ or two-hour late checkout for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late checkout not available at all locations. 2. Please observe the speed limit as posted. 3. Residents and their guests will wear their name badge to all Resort activities. 4. Residents will receive a Policies and Guidelines Booklet; residents are responsible and shall be liable for the behavior of their guests.

5. Reservation rates are based on dual occupancy. Each additional occupant or guest residing on site must be approved by Resort Manager in advance of occupying the site. A fee applies for additional occupant or guests. 6. Annual site rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be charged for any payment past due 10 days.

7. Residents that stay one month or longer may open a mailbox to receive mail and In-Park notices.

8. Residents interested in renting a site on an annual basis have a choice of any site not currently rented annually. If someone requests a currently reserved site for annual rental the party currently renting the site has the first right to convert to annual. 9. All requests for maintenance orders will be submitted through the RV Office.

15. Prospective home buyers of a permanent home must FIRST pass a background check BEFORE moving into unit. Fees apply.

16. Policies, Guidelines, and Standards may be amended or modified as deemed necessary without advanced notice. 17. Storage Agreement must be filled out and signed for a storage site. Fees apply. 18. Parking on empty sites is not allowed unless site is reserved as a storage site. Fees apply.

10. For guests to use the pool and spa, resident must be present in the pool area. 11. Swim at own risk. No lifeguard on duty. 12. All modifications, enhancements or construction to the site, including landscaping, must have prior written approval from Management. 13. Inform the RV Office of intent to rent or sell a unit/home. 14. A background check is required for reservations over six months. Fees apply.

RESORT INFORMATION Country Sunshine RV Resort, “The Friendliest Park in the Valley,” is conveniently located in Mid-Valley with great shopping malls within a short distance. Doctors and a hospital are located only a few blocks away. There are two airports with easy access one hour from the park. South Padre Island is less than an hour away. Golf courses surround our area with many golf outings planned. There are a variety of activities scheduled every day, giving everyone something of their choice to do. Our park has a fine Recreation Hall, Swimming Pool, Shuffleboard Courts, Horseshoe Pits, Pool Hall, Library, Card Rooms and much more. Some of the popular activities are the various parties consisting of themed dances (e.g., Mardi Gras, Luau, and Mexican). Saturday breakfast, Wednesday lunches, and Ice Cream Socials are available every week. We have top entertainers and concerts straight from Branson and Las Vegas. A big New Year’s Party features a band and a good time.
