• QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• OUTDOOR LIGHTING: As a courtesy to others, please turn any bright outdoor entry lights off after turning in for the evening.
• SPEED LIMIT: Speed limit is 10 mph throughout the property.
• CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• TRASH-CAMPGROUND: Dumpsters are located near trailer parking and upper bathhouse. DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND.
• TRASH-CABINS: Please place properly bagged trash/garbage on the edge of the street between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. and it will be picked up by our staff.
• FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS: Fireworks and all firearms (including BB & pellet guns) are strictly prohibited on property.
• LAUNDRY: We have coin-operated laundry facilities. Please do not hang laundry from trees. Do not wash pet beds in the laundry room.
• DIRT BIKES, UTVS, ATVS: Are prohibited. GOLF CARTS are permitted on paved roads and must be operated by a licensed driver.
• VEHICLES: Please refrain from parking on grassy areas. Do not park on any RV site other than your own (even if empty). Washing of vehicles is not permitted.
• TRAILERS: All boat trailers, car dollies, cargo trailers, etc. (unless in a pullthru site and remaining coupled to the tow vehicle), must be parked in the parking lot above the boat dock beside the store.
• BOAT DOCKS: Life jackets are required to be worn by all children 10 years old and under. Life jackets are available at the front desk at no charge for temporary use. All fish should be cleaned in the fish cleaning station located at either dock. Please discard carcasses in the lake.
• CAMPFIRES: Campfires are only permitted in the movable fire rings and should never be left unattended. Any fire left unattended may be doused by staff if considered a threat.
• STORM SHELTER: The space under Cabin 21 can be utilized as a storm shelter as well as both bathhouses.
• CABIN/CAMPER RENTALS: Missing or damaged items will be charged to your credit card. EVIDENCE OF SMOKING IN THE CABINS OR CAMPER RENTALS will result in a $300 charge being applied to your credit card. NO CATS. Violations of the pet policy will result in a $400 charge.
• LOST KEYS: Replacement keys are $100 for cabin and camper rentals.
PETS and DOG PARK
• Pets should be walked on a leash no more than 6 ft maximum.
• Pets are to be leashed and/or contained at all times.
• You must pick up after your pet. “Pick-up” bags are available in the store.
• Pets must be well behaved at all times and confined in living quarters during quiet hours.
• Do not tether or kennel your pets outside and leave unattended.
• Dogs allowed off-leash in the dog park should have current Bordetella vaccinations for everyone’s pets’ safety.
• Pets that are noisy, vicious, dangerous, disturbing or intimidating to other persons, and pets that damage resort resources are considered to be nuisances and will not be permitted to remain on property grounds.
• ONLY dogs are allowed inside cabins.
• Pets are NOT permitted inside camper rentals.
• NOTE: Failure to abide by any of these rules and requirements may result in the guest being asked to board their pet or check out of the resort.
POOLS
• No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Pool Hours: 10 a.m. to Dusk.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No running, jumping, or diving in pool area.
• No pets allowed inside fenced pool area.
• Infants MUST WEAR SWIMMING DIAPERS in pool.
• DO NOT STAND ON POOL DIVIDER ROPE.
• NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN POOL AREA
