Catherine’s Landing Rules
Our resort rules are for the safety of guests and staff and to show common courtesy to all. Thank you for keeping them. Daily Trash Pick Up: We offer trash pick up once daily – 10 am pm CST. Please do not place trash out overnight or more than 15 minutes prior to pick up time. For RV sites and Cottages please place trash bags at the roadside. Yurts, please place bags on the ground in front of the steps. Tent sites please place bags at the road in front of your tent site. If you are unable to put your trash out at the appropriate time we have dumpsters available for use off our entrance road down the white gravel drive. Drones: The use of drones is strictly prohibited on the resort property. Speed Limit 10 MPH AT ALL TIMES: Please remember that we have children and adults biking and playing throughout the resort. The limit is strictly enforced, with your 1st violation resulting in a $25 fee, 2nd violation resulting in a $50 fee and 3rd violation resulting in a $75 fee and you may be asked to leave with NO REFUND. Quiet Time: 10 pm to 7 am CST. Please respect your neighbors with radio, television, and conversation volumes. Parking: There is no parking in vacant RV spaces. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. We allow 1 RV and up to 2 vehicles per site. There are separate parking areas for excess vehicles. Please do not park in the roadways. Tent Guests may offload their gear at their sites and then MUST park at the designated parking area. Swimming Pool/Splash Pad: Open seasonally. For pool and splash pad hours see posted times listed at pool. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. No glass, smoking or pets allowed in the fenced pool area. No one under 18 without adult supervision. Pets: Must always be kept on a leash (must be 6 feet or less in length) except in the bark parks. Owners CANNOT leave pets unattended in the bark parks or outside and must ensure the pets do not make excessive noise. Owners MUST clean up after their pets. If owner is caught with pets off leash or not picking up after their pets the 1st violation will result in a $25 fee, 2nd violation resulting in a $50 fee and 3rd violation resulting in a $75 fee and you may be asked to leave with NO REFUND. Pets are allowed in the lodge but not allowed in the pool, splash pad area, restrooms or laundry rooms. Children: Any child under the age of 16 must ALWAYS have adult supervision on the resort property. Parents are responsible for ALL actions of their children, including financial liability for damage of resort or guest property. Motorized Vehicles: Dirt bikes, go-carts and motorized or battery powered minibikes are NOT permitted on the resort property. ATV and UTV vehicles are allowed on the PAVED ROADS ONLY and must follow all posted speed limits 10 MPH in the resort and driven only by licensed adults 18 years and older with a valid driver’s license. E-Bikes and Scooters are allowed but only if they follow the 10 MPH speed limit and all park rules. Personal golf carts are permitted but can only be driven by a guest 18 years and older with a driver’s license. We ask that all golf carts stay on the paved roads only. DO NOT DRIVE ANY VEHICLE ON THE GRASS OR GRAVEL WALKWAYS AND TRAILS. CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE RENTED OR PERSONAL GOLF CARTS ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. Site Conditions: Clotheslines or hanging of laundry outside on your site is not permitted. Unsafe, cluttered, or unsightly sites will NOT be tolerated. All guests are responsible for personal items. No washing of RVs or auto repair is permitted. No Swimming pools/Hot tubs/Blow up houses of any size allowed at sites/cottages/yurts. Electric - 30 & 50 amp service is provided. Please inspect any circuit you will be using for burn marks prior to making the connection. Analog Cable is located on the pedestal. Make sure your antenna booster button (located in your unit at the cable connection point) is in the OFF position with the light off. Do a channel scan on your TV after these steps are completed. Sewer is located at the site, marked “Orange Cap” on Phase 1 site. Sewer connection will be Black or Orange cap, NOT white or blue.

Don’t miss our disc golf course, fitness room, catch and release, pond, splash pad, and pool (seasonal), and our dog wash! We also rent golf carts and pontoon boats. Stop by the office for more information. Page 5
