Bayou Bend RV Resort is located along the Cedar Bayou. This slender body of water borders the city of Baytown on the east, while Galveston Bay borders to the west and south sides. As Galveston Bay is known for offshore oil drilling, Baytown is known for many major oil refineries and their workers. Yet, even with the modern fast pace of Houston, Texas just a few miles away, you’ll find a quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Bayou Bend RV Resort is that place, with good, hard-working and friendly folks who always give you a smile and a wave “hello”.

No refunds. No prorating. No refunds on cancellations.
Guests are allowed one vehicle per site unless second vehicle fits completely on concrete RV site. Do not park on grass. No parking in empty sites and/or sites that are coned. An empty space does not mean it’s empty for long! Failure to comply with parking rules will result in towing at owner’s expense. For our cabin guests, you have one reserved parking space. If you have two vehicles, you can park across from the cabin area only. The three spaces across from the office are for resort staff and visitors.
The speed limit is 5 MPH on our property and is mandatory and enforced for safety. No exceptions!
Bayou Bend RV Resort is intended for temporary housing only and should give that appearance. You may stay as long as you wish, but do not spread out belongings. Your site must remain clean and orderly at all times (including under trailer). The following are prohibited, but not limited to: Trailer skirting, window units, generators, storage boxes, appliances outside, patio furniture, toys, clotheslines, trash cans, trailers (of any kind other than RVs), boats, mats, indoor/outdoor carpet (kills the grass), etc.
Park guests are responsible for all damage to Bayou Bend RV Resort property.
Two pets per site are allowed. No aggressive breeds permitted.
Approved pets must be kept on a leash and cannot be left unattended at anytime unless inside your RV. Continuously barking dogs need to be quieted immediately.
Please remember your neighbors do not enjoy listening to your dog bark when you are away from your RV. Unfortunately dogs do not clean up after themselves, so please follow immediately behind them and pick up their mess. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $20 per violation. Designated doggy stations are located at the corners of the park, each supplied with disposal bags and waste cans. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CABINS OR ON THE SCREEN PORCH. Noncompliance will be a $200 fine.
A trash dumpster is provided at the entrance of park. Please wrap and tie your trash securely before discarding in dumpster. Do not leave your trash outside of the dumpster. Please do not dispose of any hazardous waste (oil, paint, antifreeze), heavy trash (batteries, tires, mattresses, comforters) or any metal objects. For our cabin guests, you are responsible for removing all personal belongings, food (including in the refrigerator), dishes, linens, toiletries, etc.
We do NOT remove your items/ food and take to the trash for you. If you choose to leave these items behind for housekeeping, your security deposit will not be refunded.
Be courteous to your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am each day. No loud noises, music, or disturbances at any time of day. Some guests work nights and sleep during the day.
Campfires are not allowed. Grills are permitted on concrete slab only, not grass.
Unauthorized discharge or brandishing of weapons on resort property is prohibited. No hunting. Cutting of trees or plants is prohibited. Contact office for necessary landscape maintenance.
A sewer hose connector is required, either “Donut” or “L.” All sewer and/or water hoses must be off of the grass. Satellite dish must not be on grass.
Repairs on RVs must be first authorized by resort management and only small repairs that take less than one day will be authorized. Repairs that require more than one day MUST be done off site. Repairs or oil changes on vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs) are prohibited on resort premises.
Bayou Bend RV Resort is on a water conservation program yearround. You are allowed to wash your RV using the park’s water two times a year only. More than twice will result in a $25 fine. You may have your RV washed as many times as you wish during your stay when using a mobile wash service that supplies their own water. (Check the office for info and business cards).
NO WASHING OF VEHICLES AT ANY TIME. $25.00 FINE IF YOU WASH YOUR VEHICLE IN THE PARK. This does not mean you pay us the $25.00 and then wash your vehicle.
Returned checks will be charged a fee of $35. Cash, Cashier’s check, or Money Order will be immediately required to recover the returned check , and personal checks will not be accepted for future payments. There is a $75.00 fee for changing sites or cabins.
