RULES & REGULATIONS
• Check-in is 2:00 pm, Check-out is 12:00 pm.
• Early Check-in or late Check-out may be available for an additional fee; please ask the Park Office.
• Limit one RV/Trailer per site.
• Limit six people per RV overnight.
• No tent camping, wood burning or sleeping in vehicles is permitted.
• Campers/shells may not be removed from trucks.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. No loud music, loud conversation or generator use.
• Members and guests are responsible for the behavior of children and guests. Undesirable conduct shall be reported to the Park Office.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and have them vacate the Park.
• Speed limit is 5 mph – This includes bikes, golf carts, and vehicles.
• Do not ride or drive through RV sites.
• Skateboards, hoverboards, and roller blades/skates are not allowed.
• Helmets are required by law for youths under the age of 18.
• Motorcycling is not allowed except for going to or leaving a site.
• Please secure all belongings, including electric bikes and scooters. The Park is not responsible for loss of personal property.
• Any damage done to Park property will be the responsibility of the registered guest to pay for all repairs.

PET POLICY
• All pets are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times.
• All pets must be leashed when outside the owner’s RV. Leash must be 6 feet or less.
• Pets may not be tied outside unattended. Owners must remain outside with their pets at all times.
• Pet owners must be responsible and immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in pet waste bins located in and around the resort.
• Pets may not relieve themselves in vacant RV sites; cleaning fees may be issued for negligence.
• Our resort has a limit of 2 pets per RV.
• No dog kennels. Pet fencing must be approved by management.
• Noncompliance with any of the pet policies may result in you being asked to leave the resort.
• A dog run is located at the back of the park (northeast corner).
