Since you’ve been away, we’ve been busy creating something brand new to support clients using weight loss medications.
Introducing Portion IQ
A range designed specifically for dieters taking GLP‐1 medication. These aren’t part of the Steps programme and they’re not meal replacement products (MRPs), but they’re packed with extra protein to help those at risk of not eating enough due to smaller portions or reduced hunger.

New & Improved Webpages
We’ve also improved the look and feel of the ‘Find your perfect consultant’ webpage search.
This search criteria is there to create a simple, smooth and positive experience for new customers - and to make sure they’re connected to Consultants who are ready and able to support them at the right moment.
All you need to do to appear in postcode searches on the webpage for new Consultants is:
Be an active Consultant
Have a completed personal webpage
Have availability for people to book an initial appointment
Have at least one available slot in the next 30 days
To ensure your settings enable you to attract new customers, take the ‘Webpage Updates’ training course over on the COA/Learning Hub.
There’s also a requirement to be Level 1 Nutrition trained by April 1st. This underpins confidence, consistency and quality support for new starters.
To remain on the webpage search for new dieters, you’ll also need to complete Level 2 and 3 Nutrition training by 1 January 2027. That gives you the rest of this year to complete it at a pace that works alongside real life and your business. st
Don’t worry though - if you don’t meet the criteria, your webpage is still live. You can still share your link directly, you’re still searchable by name, and you still have full access to the business portal.

We’ve also introduced SOAR, our refreshed, feel-good framework to help you build and grow your team with confidence. It’s all about keeping things simple, supportive, and focused on the right conversations at the right time. SOAR stands for Spot, Onboard, Activate & Rise.
These calls are upbeat, practical, and designed to help you rebuild and grow your team in a way that feels natural and achievable.
We run regular SOAR calls to support each stage, packed with ideas, scripts, and encouragement you can use straight away. You can find dates and times for zoom sessions on the COA/ Reference Library/Training. If you’ve been away for a while, this is one of the best places to plug back in, feel inspired, and start building momentum again. Your team is out there - SOAR will help you find them and lift them up!

You’ll then be enrolled onto Level 2. Once you’ve achieved a score of 80% or more, you’ll be invited to make a payment of £20/€20, and then you’ll receive a zoom link to attend a further live training session with Mark Gilbert. The same applies for Level 3 which is the top Level.
You’ll also receive an icon for your webpage, a certificate and stickers for Levels 2 & 3.
