MANAGING DIRECTOR, EMEA, ONE SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY
As the global real estate landscape shifts with markets adjusting, priorities evolving, and new destinations rising one truth holds steady: our clients continue to seek more than square footage. They’re looking for meaning.
Whether in a pied-à-terre in Mayfair or a sunlit compound in Coconut Grove, what resonates most is culture, something with heritage, design intent, and staying power. That’s why cities like London and Miami remain at the forefront. Their character isn’t a trend it’s a legacy. And legacy, as we’ve seen, is what lasts.
These cities share a common thread: they attract those who value thoughtful living and creative depth.
Being truly global today isn’t just about where you go it’s about how you engage. It’s about collecting not just places, but experiences that resonate, inspire, and stay with you.
At ONE Sotheby’s International realty, we understand that real estate isn’t just about what you own - it’s about what you’re part of. That’s why we stay close to the ground, and even closer to the stories that shape the world’s most interesting places.
Wherever you are or wherever you’re headed know that we’re there, too.

From Miami to London
CURATED. CONNECTED. AHEAD OF THE CURVE.
Welcome to your insider brief from the cultural vanguard. This is not your average newsletter. This is the shortlist for those who collect ideas, not just art, and who want to know what’s next before it makes the pages.
From next-generation gastronomy in Miami’s most storied neighborhood to architectural popups in London, this issue is your passport to the most interesting, and most unexpected cultural moments happening right now.
This season, we trace a line of cultural voltage from Miami’s cinematic heat to London’s cultivated restraint, a transatlantic conversation where design is daring, cuisine is conceptual, and experience is everything. In this world, luxury isn’t loud - it’s precise.
Intentional. Personal. And always a few steps ahead of the mainstream.
Luxe Edit
Miami and London continue to defy expectations. One a sun-drenched capital of edge and experimentation and the other a historic seat of culture reimagined through contemporary design. Together, they are havens for avant-garde style and refined taste with global influence.
THE REEFLINE
Meet Miami’s underwater art frontier, where sculpture meets sustainability. The ReefLine is a seven-mile underwater art trail from South Beach to Bal Harbour that doubles as a coral reef restoration project. Spearheaded by Ximena Caminos and artist Leandro Erlich, it’s art, science, and sea life, all in one breathtaking experience.
SUNNY’S STEAKHOUSE
What began as a backyard pop-up is now one of Miami’s hottest spots. Anchored in Little River and helmed by chef Aaron Brooks, Sunny’s blends wood-fired steaks, retro cocktails, and midcentury flair into low-key glamour under the stars.
CARBONE LONDON
Carbone lands in London this September, bringing its NYC and Miami legacy to the newly opened Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair. Expect all the signatures: spicy rigatoni vodka, tuxedoed servers, and Rat Pack swagger. With a garden terrace, private lounge, and glam basement dining, Carbone London channels old-school Italian-American theatre, now with a British accent.
LUMINAIRE
Luminaire is the insider’s key to everything exceptional. Founded by Sukeena Rao and Olivia Scanlon, it’s a curated lifestyle service offering rare access to fashion, art, and design. With deep roots in luxury and editorial, they edit the best of the world for those who expect nothing less.
RANSOM & DUNN: DESIGN BETWEEN TWO COASTS
Now with one half of the studio based in Miami, design duo Ransom & Dunn channels their signature blend of sculptural form and neoclassical flair into a new chapter. Their latest capsule, Sala, reimagines 1920s American design through a refined, sensual, and balanced lens. This transatlantic studio is shaping a bold design dialogue between Miami and London.
THE FAT BADGER
Notting Hill’s best-kept secret just broke free: The Fat Badger opened its doors above Canteen on Portobello Road, hidden behind a speakeasy-style entrance. This cosy, wood-panelled gem mixes Cotswolds charm with modern swagger. By night, chefs George Williams and Beth O’Brien serve up a seasonal menu including duck tacos, beef filet with morels, and brown sugar tart.
