Launching Forefront’s Client Satisfaction Program Will Hawkins, Corporate Director, Brand & Field Marketing
One of the commitments in our Vision 2030 strategy is to be client focused. That means creating intentional ways to listen, learn, and improve based on feedback from the people we serve every day. We recently took an important step forward by launching Forefront’s first formal Client Satisfaction Survey. While we have always gathered feedback through conversations, operational reviews, and day-to-day interactions, we had never conducted a structured survey across our client base.
