Now in its second year, this celebration continues to honor individuals who go above and beyond, setting new standards in leadership, service, and excellence. This year, ten exceptional team members were recognized across three categories: Manager of the Year, Employee of the Year, and Rising Star. Each award highlights employees who exemplify Forefront’s values, lead with integrity, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the people and communities we serve.
