THE CORNERSTONE OF SUCCESS FOREFRONT’S COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT Brendan Buffa | Corporate Director of Communications Employee engagement has become a defining feature of Forefront’s approach to fostering a thriving workplace, and according to Gary Pollack, CPXP, Partner with Forefront, it’s a strategy the company cannot afford to overlook. “We’ve found that prioritizing employee engagement leads to tangible benefits— lower absenteeism, higher productivity, and reduced turnover,” Pollack said. “It’s not just about avoiding challenges; it’s about building a culture where employees feel safe, supported, and inspired to excel in both their careers and lives.”
Since initiating its first engagement survey in 2021, Forefront has made remarkable progress. Initially, 20% of employees were classified as “actively disengaged,” a group described by Gallup as being dissatisfied with their work and workplace.
