CLASSIC POINT
Our legendary classic point, also known as a cut point, masters the art of durability and simplicity for anglers worldwide. The process for classic point hooks takes coiled wire into the machine, delivering a hook on the other side, just as we did back in 1877. The point is made with a cutting action twice to create the knife-like edge that penetrates over and over.
NEEDLE POINT
For anglers requiring hooks that maximize penetration ability, needle points are the only choice. Mustad’s multi-stage sharpening process meticulously grinds the point to perfection to maintain as much of the wire as possible while reaching a single, ultra-sharp point tip. After the point is made, the hookshaping machining process begins.
NOR-TEMPERING
In traditional Mustad fashion, our tempering process is a careful, slow and steady process for a stronger wire. A core aspect of all Mustad hooks, the NorTempering is 30% stronger than competitor wire without being brittle. Patience leads to perfection.

GRIP®
Mustad Triple Grip® hooks combine exceptional hooking and holding capability with outstanding strength. They feature a precise shape that almost “locks” a fish into the elbow of the bend, making it virtually impossible for the fish to throw the hook.
INLINE TREBLE
Made with the Mustad’s new proprietary automatic brazing technology, the eye is positioned inline with one leg of the hook, allowing the hook to naturally hold straight to the belly of a lure, giving a more realistic and stable suspension display. The first and only, Mustad has designed a brazing process that is done consistently by hook-producing machinery to create the best inline hook.
DEMON CIRCLE
