Meet Your Team.

Diane Cash DIRECTOR, NATIONAL ACCOUNTS With an impressive 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, Diane Cash has acquired a wealth of knowledge and excelled in various Sales roles, earning her current position as Director of National Accounts. Since joining our OBC team in 2015, Diane has consistently proven herself as one of our top sellers. Her journey has also allowed her to meet remarkable personalities like Maya Angelou, Stevie Wonder, and Ashford & Simpson in person. When she’s not conquering the sales world, Diane loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family, twin sister, and embarking on exciting adventures with friends.

Barton on the Move. OUR TEAM HAS BEEN BUSY CONNECTING WITH CLIENTS AND SHOWCASING EVERYTHING OMNI BARTON CREEK RESORT & SPA HAS TO OFFER! Kristina recently returned from a Minnesota Sales Mission. The week included a spa experience for local clients, more than 20 client appointments on Tuesday, participation in the SITE education and reception focused on using AI in everyday business while preserving the value of the human touch, and an Omni-hosted Mississippi River cruise for more than 30 clients, highlighting the history of the Twin Cities. Brian Weatherman represented the resort at the SoCal Spring Here Comes Omni event, while Steve Manley traveled to Denver with our ALHI partners for a Regional Experience, connecting with more than 30 customers. Steve is also heading to Toronto for the CEMA Summit, where he'll participate in a pre-FAM at the Omni King Edward hosted by Terri Russell. Thank you to everyone supporting Omni Barton Creek across the country and continuing to build valuable relationships with our clients and partners!

Year to Date Productivity.

Our partnership with ALHI continues to deliver exceptional results. Year over year, we've grown from 1,842 room nights sold to 6,959, representing an impressive 278% increase. Rooms revenue has seen even greater growth, climbing from $567,452 to $2,545,044—an outstanding 349% increase over last year. Perhaps the most encouraging part of the story is that this growth hasn't come from a significant increase in lead volume. We've processed 284 leads this year compared to 267 last year, demonstrating that our teams are collaborating more effectively, converting more opportunities, and maximizing the business we're receiving. Looking ahead, we have our sights set on several exciting opportunities. Paul Howe is partnering with Brian Weatherman to secure Planet Ignite for February 2027, a 1,445-room-night program on highly sought-after dates. At the same time, Aretha Kelly is working alongside Diane Cash to bring the 2029 and 2030 IDC Fund Directors Conferences to Barton Creek— representing more than 1,600 room nights and $700,000 in rooms revenue.

Testimonials. We were all so impressed by this property and staff, we would love for you all to teach a class on hospitality to other properties! From the site visit through program execution, every department was friendly, helpful and shined for us and our attendees. Megan, Alix, Luisa, Dianna, Sandra, Shumari, Fernando, Chef Julio, Brian - everyone went above and beyond. We can't wait to come back!

The events team was absolutely incredible to work with - all members of the party helped me through out my meeting with various last minute requests and they never made me feel bad about it - they were happy and willing to help make my event management job easier. My only complaint is that we were not there long enough. Until next time!

This hotel and their teams are exceptional. They treat our team like family and we love doing events here! From the front drive, to reservations to banquets, this entire team is so exceptional! The same for the sales team and restaurant outlets. Everyone is so welcoming, caring and kind to our team.

The staff was all so helpful, responsive, and attentive. The venue was wonderful, well kept and beautiful. I felt very supported and taken care of throughout the event.

Everyone was so helpful throughout our stay! From our initial contact with planning to the very end, everyone on staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For our team to only be there for 24 hours, we are grateful for the attention to detail from everyone on staff. The planning experience was 10/10!

Everyone from banquets to reservations to AV was wonderful to work with. The service level exceeded our expectations. Everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful, and prompt.

Fantastic staff, venue and food/beverage.
