Barton on the Move. The Barton Creek team continues to take our story on the road! Steve Manley just returned from the CEMA Summit in Toronto, while Kristina Dragoun is headed to Orlando this month for Maritz Activate, connecting with customers and keeping Barton Creek front and center. And Steve isn’t unpacking for long. September will have him back on the road, first heading to the Pacific Northwest for customer calls alongside our Global Sales Team, followed by a little closer-to-home travel for calls in Houston. From Toronto to Orlando, the Pacific Northwest to Houston, our team continues to show up where our customers are, strengthen relationships and create new reasons to bring business back to Barton Creek.
Year to Date Productivity. OUR ALHI PARTNERSHIP CONTINUES TO BE ONE OF THE STANDOUT STORIES OF THE YEAR.
To date, we’ve closed an impressive 8,500 room nights and $3.1 million in rooms revenue, compared to just 1,800 room nights and $567,000 at this time last year. And there’s more within reach, with another 2,000 room nights currently in tentative status. Among those opportunities, Kathy Eddy is helping us work toward closing Delta Air Lines over the Good Good Championship, a strategically important piece of business representing 146 room nights and $62,000 in rooms revenue. Aretha Kelly is also partnering with us on two significant IDC Fund Directors programs for 2029 and 2030, which together represent approximately 1,600 room nights and $750,000 in rooms revenue. These are high-value opportunities, and great examples of our ALHI partners continuing to lean in alongside our sales team to help move business across the finish line. What makes these results even more meaningful is that our lead volume has remained relatively flat year over year. We aren’t simply seeing more opportunities—we’re doing more with them. The tremendous increase in production speaks to the relationships our teams have built over the past year, stronger collaboration between our sellers and ALHI partners, and a shared focus on converting the right business for Barton Creek. A huge thank you to our ALHI team for leaning in with us. The partnership is working, and the results speak for themselves!
Site Visit Wins. Our latest site visit wins tell a great story about what happens when our Barton Creek sellers and strategic partners work together to bring the resort experience to life. Brian Weatherman, alongside Susan Howard, secured Sibec North America 2027, bringing 475 room nights and more than $320,000 in total revenue to Barton Creek for May 2027. And looking further ahead, Diane Cash and Aretha Kelly from the ALHI Washington, D.C. office turned their partnership into an impressive two-year win with the Investment Company Institute. The organization will bring its Fund Directors Conference to Barton Creek in both 2029 and 2030, representing more than 1,700 room nights and $1.1 million in total revenue. These wins are about much more than the numbers. They’re a great example of our sellers and ALHI partners knowing the customer, showing up for one another and finding the right way to tell the Barton Creek story. Congratulations to Brian and Diane—and to Susan and Aretha for being such an important part of bringing these wins home.

The hotel staff provided wonderful service. It's apparent that it's a "team" and each dept works with the other to collaborate. The sales process was great. From the moment I conducted the site visit I knew the hotel was a "perfect" fit for the program.
