Need Dates Calendar

AS WE CONTINUE TO FOCUS ON BUILDING PACE IN THE MONTHS AHEAD, WE ARE SHARING OUR MOST CURRENT NEED DATES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON BOTH SHORT-TERM AND FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES.

May remains a key area of focus, with several short-term opportunities still available following a recent significant cancellation. While we have not fully closed the gap, the response and support from the team has been noticeable and greatly appreciated.

Looking ahead, July and December are also priority months where we have gaps to fill and strong opportunities to secure additional business. Your focus on these specific windows can make a meaningful difference in helping us strengthen overall performance.

Thank you for your continued efforts, urgency, and partnership in helping us identify and convert opportunities during these critical periods.

Testimonials"

The banquet team, bartenders, and event team were exceptional. Thank you for an amazing trip! My event planning team was excellent.

The event team was very professional and supportive in planning the event and helping to facilitate logistics during the event. The scenery and facilities were beautiful and not too far from downtown!

Megan Vance and Julia Liguori are what corporate event dream teams are made of - they made everything so easy for my very very finicky group and everyone loved their stay at the Omni!

Great location and meeting space. The property is beautiful and the staff is great … and the hotel did a great job supporting this meeting.

Our group had a wonderful and stress free experience! The OMNI staff was very helpful and attentive. No complaints on our end!

Thanks again! All staff we came in contact with were very helpful and kind. I did not have to worry how the service was going to be because everyone handled for us.

Resort is awesome...staff is great! Thank you to the entire team.

Year to Date Productivity OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH ALHI CONTINUES TO BUILD STRONG MOMENTUM, WITH PERFORMANCE TRENDING WELL AHEAD OF LAST YEAR.

Year to date, we have secured 7 meetings compared to 5 at this time last year, with total production reaching approximately 3,000 room nights and $1.1M in room revenue—a significant increase from 1,300 room nights and $400K during the same period last year.

Lead activity is also outpacing prior year, with 144 leads sourced through ALHI compared to 130 last year, reflecting strong engagement and advocacy across the team.

A key differentiator this month is the strength of conversions. Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Greystar, and Allegis Global Solutions all signed in March and are now definite, representing impactful wins across both near-term and future need periods.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, supported by Suzy Symons, is a standout summer program arriving in June with

approximately $250K in total revenue. Greystar, secured with the help of Kerri Matthews, adds strong value to March 2027 at $205K, while Allegis Global Solutions, supported by Shaun DiGiovacchino, is a major October 2027 win generating $517K and providing meaningful pace for next year.

In addition, we have strong momentum in the pipeline. Motorola Solutions for September, supported by Brad Magarity, and the Aura golf retreat, with the assistance of Kyle Lourie, remain tentative and represent additional opportunities to build on this success if converted.

We are grateful for the continued partnership, focus, and results driven by the ALHI team and appreciate all that you do to support Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.
