Grandpa’s Woods

Cass County is a golfer’s paradise, offering a variety of courses for every skill level— from a charming nine-hole course ideal for beginners to Nebraska’s exclusive 5-star facility. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a casual player, you’re sure to find the perfect spot to tee off. For more information and driving directions to each course, visit visitcasscounty.com.

WESTERN

Golf enthusiasts will find plenty to love in the Ashland area, home to three fantastic courses just minutes from town. Ashland Golf Club is an 18-hole, semi-private country club offering a regulation length course, a clubhouse for special events, and family-friendly amenities like a swimming pool with a wading pool. Quarry Oaks Golf Club , consistently ranked among America’s 100 Greatest Courses by Golf Magazine, offers a stunning Platte River valley setting. With tree lined fairways, elevation changes, and a challenging layout, it’s perfect for golfers of all levels. The course also features a practice range and areas for bunker shots, chipping, and pitching. Iron Horse Golf Club is a beautiful par-71 course designed by Couples/ Bates, playing 6,500 yards from the back tees. The course is set against the backdrop of a 40-acre quarry lake and offers stunning views.

For a more relaxed experience, Grandpa’s Woods in Murdock is a 9-hole executive course with par-three and par-four holes. After your round, unwind in the clubhouse, enjoy a snack, or book the upstairs party room for group outings.

EASTERN

The eastern region of Cass County features two exceptional golf courses: Bay Hills at Buccaneer Bay and Lake Ridge Golf Course.

Bay Hills is a championship 18-hole, par-72 course perched atop a scenic bluff, offering breathtaking views of the Missouri Valley. Known for its rolling hills, tree lined fairways, and challenging layout, it provides a truly memorable round of golf. After your game, relax and enjoy a delicious meal at the course’s restaurant, Bay Hills Grill , which offers a perfect setting to unwind.

Lake Ridge is a 9-hole course set amidst natural roughs and gently rolling fairways, offering a rewarding challenge for experienced golfers while remaining enjoyable for beginners. After your round, finish your visit by indulging in casual fine dining at Fairways Restaurant , or unwind and socialize at Caddies Lounge for a relaxed atmosphere and great company.
