Collective Dwelling was the final project of my 2nd year and was located in Sittingbourne on the end of an old dock. We were tasked to design a block of flats, which would include 1 bed, 2 bed and studio flats. As well as communal areas for the residents with the aim to bring people together.

For Sustainable Urban Intervention I needed to redesign the historic Chatham high street and riverfront. My design would focus on creating a continuous frontage along the high street, as well as creating better defined urban blocks with plenty of public space for people to use. Another design choice was to create arcades that will run throughout the urban area, which will provide shelter from rain and shade from the sun.

Architectural design was the final project of my degree, and was located in Chatham sitting on the river Medway. For the project we needed to pick a social issue affecting the area and then through our design help combat it. For my project I decided to look into the rising obesity in children, and because of this I designed a youth centre that focused on sport, exercise and eating healthily. It would achieve this by hosting many different activities for children to get exercise, like sport and waterfront activities, as well as teach them how to eat healthier through the growing garden.

This is a personal project I decided to undertake in my free time post graduation, as I wanted to practice creating and rendering digital models. Because of this I created a design of a small 3 bedroom house, which was inspired by work I did earlier in my studies that I wanted to improve upon.
