Olio Officina Festival è stato concepito come una officina di idee con gli immancabili appuntamenti con mostre dâarte, performance, spettacoli, conferenze, talk show, seminari,annulli filatelici dedicati,packaging e visual design innovativi, proiezioni video; nonchĂŠ uno spazio parallelo collocato in una specifica sezione denominata "Saggi Assaggiâ, riservato in via esclusiva allâapprofondimento delle materie prime attraverso degustazioni guidate e ragionate di oli e altri condimenti, in purezza o in abbinamento con altri cibi.
Olio Officina Festival was conceived as a workshop of ideas with the appointments with art exhibitions, performances, shows, conferences, talk shows, seminars, dedicated postmarks, innovative packaging and visual design,video projections; as well as a parallel space located in a specific section known as âSaggi Assaggiâ (âWise Tastingsâ),where raw materials can be looked into through a series of guided tastings of olive oils and other seasonings, neat or in combination with other foods.
