There’s something about the club when June arrives. The range stays busy well into the evening, the patio comes alive with members enjoying dinner and a drink, and it finally feels like we’ve turned the corner into golf season. Although, as a Seattle transplant, I’m still learning that summer doesn’t officially start until July 5th, but it feels close.
As we head into one of the busiest and most exciting stretches of the year, I couldn’t be more excited about the momentum at the club. One thing that’s stood out this spring is the return of so many familiar faces on our seasonal staff. That continuity really elevates the member experience.
The summer calendar is packed with PMGA and PWGA events, kids camps, tournaments, and family activities. While we’ll scale back slightly on larger social events, there will still be plenty happening throughout the season. Friday Night Live and Jackpot Night will continue all summer, and Cameron has a few new golf events in the works that we’re excited to roll out.
A few things to note:
Plateau Club will be going paperless beginning July 1st. We will no longer print and mail member statements. June statements, and all future statements, will be available digitally through your online member account.
You can access your statements and billing history by logging into the Chronogolf/Lightspeed app, the Oki Golf app, or through the Chronogolf website under House Account or Family Account: Couples and families should use the Family Account for full account activity. (The House Account will only show charges made by the Primary Member.)
Lastly, a reminder regarding Quarterly Food & Beverage Minimums. Each membership has a $165 quarterly minimum spend. All food and beverage purchases anywhere on property apply toward this total. Any remaining balance at the end of the quarter will be charged to your monthly statement.
Thank you for the continued support, energy, and enthusiasm around the club. We’re looking forward to a great summer season with all of you.
Warm regards,
Kevin Cohrs

Words From The Shop
Plateau Members,
It has been great to meet a bunch of you in the last month. It has been a great opportunity to get up to speed with all the Plateau Club happenings and I’m thankful for how welcoming all of you have been.
I want to take this chance to highlight a handful of different items. First is that as the nice weather creeps up on us I am happy to announce that our driving range will be moving to grass Friday-Sunday for the remainder of the golf season. Please help us keep the driving range in great shape by only utilizing the grass when it is open!
Some exciting news, in the third week of this month we are hosting the SWGA City Championship. The SWGA is a local ladies golf group that is made up of 14 different private clubs. That means that each club hosts city championships once every 14 years! Please understand that there will be limited afternoon access to the golf course June 15th - June 18th.
My priorities over the past month have been meeting and connecting with as many people as possible; both staff and members alike. Now that we are moving into my second month on the job I am looking forward to dialing in the calendar for the rest of the golf season, sprinkling in some new programming and events as well as getting the whole golf ops team aligned and moving as a team.

The month of May has been a fulfilling one for us. Seeing the weather come out of its spring chill and giving us a taste of what summer may be like has been a welcome change. The April showers did indeed bring some beautiful May flowers and we decided to jump on board and bring in some new flowers of our own. When you enter the club you will now see an assortment of colorful flowers as well as on the patio and club entrance.
A big thanks goes out to our Ladies golf association with a special thanks to May Gross for heading up this project and picking out all the different potted plants and hanging baskets. May was also the month when we brought in plenty of new seasonal staff to help keep our course maintained to the highest level of standards. There has definitely been a noticeable increase in the amount of play our course has been receiving and it is wonderful to see so many of you out here and enjoying it.
Looking forward to another great season with all of you!

SOCIAL & DINING
Robert’s Corner
Plateau Club Members,
I have been asked since I arrived to do what I can to improve the wine list for the Plateau Club, and as of June 1st we will be rolling out a new wine menu. Most of your old favorites will still be on the list but the wines served by the glass will now be updated to much better wines. The cost will be changing as well. All glasses of wine will be 6oz pours and will be $12, and the Happy Hour prices will be $8. This is an attempt to raise the bar here at the club, not make more money. My margins will suffer a little but I think you will enjoy most of the lineup. As usual there will be room for making changes, so if you sincerely do not like some/any of the wines offered feel free to let me know. For example, the Pinot Noir that we currently offer is most likely going to be changed out for something better, soon. We are also going to be bringing back a specialty cocktail menu in the next week or two.
I would like to invite any member that has a favorite bottle of wine to talk to me about what I can do for you this summer. We get to purchase wines at “restaurant” prices, and we have a retail license. That allows us to sell you wines (most of the time) at a significantly better price than your local retailers. There are many wines that don’t offer a discount to restaurants but I am happy to do the homework and let you know what we can do for you.
We are ramping up for a busy summer here at The Plateau Club and I am happy to say that we have hired a ton of really great summer help. Many are returning from last year and several are brand new. We have been doing a lot of training and look forward to having a fantastic summer. Both Splash and Crooked Stick are now open for limited hours on the weekends, and will switch to Summer hours on June 28th.
RSVP for these events in the Member Hub. I look forward to seeing you around at the club this month!

Pool Updates
The pool is almost fully in summer mode and beginning June 22nd, members will be able to enjoy open swim seven days a week!
The warmer weather and expanded hours make this the perfect time to enjoy everything our Recreation facilities have to offer. The pool continues to stay at a comfortable 84°F, and the maintenance upgrades completed over the spring are helping everything run smoothly as we head into our busiest season.
Recent improvements include:
• New burners installed in the main pool heater to maintain a steady 84°F
• Upgraded chlorine feeding systems using modernized equipment
• Replacement of the baby pool circulation motor
• Spa jet motor replacement, bringing spa jets back online
These are just some of the improvements completed as we continue investing in the aquatic experience for our members. Presently the baby pool is not operational but will be as soon as our filter part arrives.
Please remember to rinse off before entering the pool to help maintain water quality for all members and guests.
Weather Reminder: Required pool maintenance, Summer storms and lightning may occasionally require temporary pool closures for health and safety reasons.
