A Letter from Kevin Cohrs Dear Members, Summer has officially arrived, and there is no better time to be at The Plateau Club. It has been wonderful to see the club filled with everyone enjoying everything the season has to offer. This past month, we had the privilege of hosting the 99th SWGA City Championship, and it was truly an honor to host such a historic event. Hosting a championship of this caliber required an incredible team effort. A heartfelt thank you also goes out to all of our members who generously volunteered their time and energy throughout the championship. Seeing so many of you step up in countless ways was truly inspiring and a great reminder of what makes this community so special. Your support played a tremendous role in the success of the event, and we are incredibly grateful. Congratulations as well to all of our members who competed in this year’s championship. Be sure to check out Cameron’s Golf Section for a full recap of the tournament and highlights from our members’ performances.

Going Paperless – Effective July 1

As a reminder, beginning July 1, The Plateau Club is going paperless for member statements. All statements are available digitally through your online member account. You can access your statements and billing history by logging into: - The Chronogolf/Lightspeed App - The Oki Golf App - The Chronogolf website under House Account or Family Account Please Note: Couples and families should use the Family Account to view complete account activity. The House Account only displays charges made by the Primary Member. We appreciate your support as we make this transition to a more efficient and environmentally friendly billing process.

Fourth of July Hours

As you make plans for the holiday, please note that the club will have modified hours on Friday, July 4. Recreation Center & Pool: Close at 4:00 PM Red Alder Grill: Closes at 4:00 PM Last Tee Time: 4:00 PM We understand these shortened hours may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. We hope you have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable Fourth of July celebrating with family and friends. Thank you for being a part of The Plateau Club. We look forward to an exciting second half of the summer and seeing you around the club. Warm regards,

Kevin Cohrs

General Manager

Words From The Shop Plateau Members, It’s hard to believe we’re already entering July! With my first two months at The Plateau Club now in the books, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of you for the incredible welcome you’ve given me. I’ve truly enjoyed getting to know so many of you, and I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to stop by the golf shop, introduce yourselves, and make me feel at home. It’s been a fantastic start, and I’m excited for everything still to come this season.

June Recap

Last month we had the privilege of hosting the SWGA City Championship—an event that only comes to The Plateau Club about once every 13 years. Our PWGA members and volunteers put in an incredible amount of work to showcase the club, and the course looked absolutely outstanding for competitors from private clubs across the region. We also had several impressive performances from our own members: Sarah Birkeland captured Low Net of the Championship and qualified for the Championship Flight, competing alongside many of the area’s top single-digit handicap players. Erin Bradford advanced all the way to the Championship Match in her flight. Congratulations to Sarah, Erin, and everyone who helped make the week such a success! We also wrapped up another outstanding 2026 Men’s Member-Member Championship. The competition was tremendous all weekend and concluded with our exciting Horse Race Shootout finale. Congratulations to Ian Rogers and TJ Hubbard, who outlasted a field of 54 teams to capture the 2026 Member-Member title!

Looking Ahead We have an exciting stretch of golf ahead, along with (hopefully!) some beautiful summer weather.

July 4 – Stars & Stripes Tournament One of our favorite traditions returns on Independence Day. Simply book a tee time as you normally would—every member with an established handicap who plays that day is automatically eligible. Each player will receive a personalized flag based on their handicap. Once you’ve used all of your allotted strokes, you’ll plant your flag and see just how far around the course you can make it!

July 12 – Parent-Child Tournament We’re excited to introduce our first-ever Parent-Child Tournament! Register Here. This isn’t just a junior event—we encourage family members of all ages and generations to participate. The format is best ball, and families can create multiple teams, making it a fun event for everyone. For example: Grandfather + Father + Son - Grandfather & Father - Father & Son - Grandfather & Son Mother + Father + Son + Daughter - Mother & Son - Father & Daughter - Mother & Daughter - Father & Son

July 26 – Couples 9 & Dine Our Couples 9 & Dine returns with a refreshed golf format designed to improve pace of play while allowing us to accommodate more participants. Entry includes two drink tickets, nine holes of golf, dinner, and a fun evening at the club.

Keeper of the Greens June has been a busy month, with a continued increase in the number of rounds played. I have also noticed a significant improvement in course care, with more divots being filled and ball marks repaired. I would like to thank you for your continued attention and respect for the course. The SWGA City Tournament was held during the week of the 15th through the 18th and was a great success, with our club well represented throughout the event. The Member-Member event is just about to begin as I write this, and we anticipate another successful outing. Several improvements have also been made to the cart paths. “Speed bumps” caused by root damage have been ground down, and damaged sections on holes 1, 10, 13, and 18 have been removed and completely redone. Thank you all for helping make this such a wonderful month, and I look forward to seeing you all out enjoying the course.
