Despite the size of the company and different perspectives on things, thanks to family approach, we stick together and are able to reach agreement quickly. I now know that I made the right decision well. I entered the world of finance immediately after university and have been working in the field continuously for more than thirty years. For fifteen years, I held senior management positions at Generali Group, where I managed Generali Insurance and, as a member of the Board of Directors of Česká pojišťovna, was responsible for business across the entire group. After leaving this position, I continued my longstanding relationship with OK HOLDING and my business understanding and friendship with Radoslav Kubiš, which began during my previous career. Since 2018, I have been a shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of OK KLIENT. I focus on strategy, sales and the further development of the broker pool solution, which I consider to be a meaningful model for the future.

Before joining OK GROUP SLOVAKIA, I gained extensive experience at Allianz – Slovenská poisťovňa. My career began in 1995 in the motor insurance department, where I gradually held various positions and worked my way up to the position of board member and vice-president for sales. I have always believed that success in insurance does not come solely from a good strategy, but above all as a result of the trust that clients place in us.

Introduction to OK LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT
OK LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT is the newest member of the OK HOLDING group. The company specialises in precision farming using modern drones for data collection and analysis, the creation of individual application maps and targeted interventions tailored to the needs of specific clients. Our goal is to help farmers farm more efficiently, save costs and promote sustainability. Thanks to multispectral imaging, we can accurately assess the vitality and supply of crops, monitor their growth and quickly detect stress factors or damage caused by drought or wildlife. Based on this data, we prepare detailed application maps that enable targeted variable fertilisation and plant protection. As part of our cooperation on legislative change, we use application drones that ensure precise and gentle interventions even in hard-toreach locations. We deliver measurable efficiency – from better planning inputs and reduced consumption of chemical preparations to more accurate decision-making on interventions. We are also active advocates of steps towards the safe and responsible introduction of crop treatment using application drones into domestic practice.

Introduction to OK CARBON
OK CARBON is involved in carbon farming. This refers to agricultural production methods aimed at increasing the long-term carbon content in the soil, managing carbon stocks and flows, and greenhouse gas emissions at the farm level to mitigate climate change. An integral part of this is the creation of carbon credits by farmers and their subsequent sale to responsible companies, which use them to reduce their carbon footprint and thus achieve their climate goals within the framework of CSRD, marketing or philanthropy.
We are the only company in the Czech Republic to offer farmers a rational and robust carbon farming system, enabling them to generate certified carbon credits through their activities and thus secure a new source of income for their business.
