A NOTE FROM SUE
A New L eaf As summer gives way to autumn, September always feels like a sweet spot for me. The days are still warm enough for lingering outside, but there’s a gentle shift towards spending more time at home again and thinking differently about how we want our spaces to feel for the months ahead. Over the following pages, you’ll discover designs created for exactly that way of living - beautifully upholstered made-to-order beds, generous sofas made for gathering, and versatile pieces that work just as well for everyday life as they do for entertaining. I’m also delighted to share our collaboration with Lewis & Wood, a partnership rooted in a shared love of pattern, colour and timeless design. Wherever this season finds you, I hope this issue offers plenty of inspiration for the months ahead.

Bringing together two quintessentially British brands with a shared love of pattern, colour and craftsmanship, the collection marks a renewed focus on bedroom design for OKA.
A bedroom that feels as good as it looks
Centred on upholstered, madeto-order beds and headboards, it pairs Lewis & Wood’s most-loved patterns with OKA’s iconic Sheki print, reimagined exclusively for the collaboration. Cushions and softly pleated lampshades complete the collection.

As OKA Co-Founder and Creative Director Sue Jones explains “Both brands are inherently British in style, so there’s always been a natural synergy between us.” At the heart of the collection is Totem, one of Lewis & Wood’s best loved fabrics. Its sweeping pattern appears across headboards, cushions and lampshades, creating a visual thread throughout the collection. Alongside Totem sits Wild Rice, providing a quieter counterpoint to the collection’s more expressive designs, bringing balance to layered schemes. The collaboration also sees OKA’s iconic Sheki pattern reimagined, translated into printed fabric while preserving the spirit of the original. 20

Introducing Our First Wallpaper Collection
Well-Dressed Walls OKA ICON
26
Ocellus Wallpaper Spruce | 70cm £225
For the first time in our 27-year history, we’ve brought some of our most recognisable prints to wallpaper. Many of these patterns will already feel familiar across our upholstery, cushions and homewares, so translating them onto the wall felt like a natural next step. Building on the same expert craftsmanship, quality materials and timeless design we’re known for, our first wallpaper collection celebrates three of our most iconic prints. Ocellus is inspired by age-old Indian block prints and a repeated peacock feather motif. Areca draws on the sculptural forms and vibrant hues of palms, inspired by those found at the base of traditional Indian Tree of Life designs. Ghini takes its cue from wooden printing blocks discovered in Jaipur, preserving the warmth and character of hand block printing. Made in the UK, each design is digitally printed onto tactile, smooth non-woven paper with a flat matt finish, chosen for its refined appearance and durability. Subtle texture and dynamic movement run through every pattern and colourway, creating depth and a layered feel that brings walls to life.
ABOVE OKA ICON Areca Wallpaper Spruce | 52cm £175 BELOW OKA ICON Ghini Wallpaper Warm Red | 70cm £225
Together, these designs tell a story of travel, craftsmanship and a love of decorative tradition. On the wall, familiar motifs take on a new presence, allowing pattern, colour and texture to take on a more central role within the spaces they inhabit. Layered, considered and unmistakably OKA, our first wallpaper collection invites walls to be treated as works of art.
