This menu was designed alongside an architectural proposal to provide the basis of conceptual food system to revitalise Rathlin Island. The processes inherent in the menu were used to design spaces on the island to produce this food and more and provide the island a new cultural hub to attract culinary tourists and improve the experience of visitors to the island.
