To provide pathways for growth, achievement, and lifelong success.
Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) laid a strong foundation for continued growth at OhioGuidestone and was defined by excellence, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to those we serve.
Every day, our employees demonstrate compassion, expertise, and dedication in communities across Ohio. Their impact is reflected not only in the lives they change, but also in the recognition they receive. In FY25, we proudly celebrated our second consecutive designation as a NorthCoast 99 employer, affirming our commitment to a workplace where top talent thrives. Our team members were also honored statewide, including recognition from NAMI and NAMI/StarkMHAR for their contributions to advancing mental health awareness and support.
This year, we expanded access to care in meaningful ways— launching ReadyCare Walk-In Clinics for Behavioral Health at 12 locations, introducing primary care services in Lorain, opening new sites in Findlay and Dennison, and being selected to provide Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) in 14 counties. These efforts bring critical, integrated services directly into homes, schools, and communities, reducing barriers, and ensuring timely support.
We also strengthened the quality of care through key clinical innovations including expanded Measurement-Based Care, the Signs of Suicide (SOS) school-based screening program, and the Yates Paternal Depression Screening Tool developed by our Institute of Family and Community Impact. Together, these tools enhance our ability to identify needs early, guide timely intervention, and deliver data-informed, personalized care.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. Together, we are building stronger families, healthier communities, and a brighter future for all.

In FY25, OhioGuidestone continued its long tradition of expanding access to care by broadening both our physical footprint and the innovative ways we serve communities.
Since our founding, meeting individuals and families where they are has been central to our approach, ensuring access to high-quality support in convenient, accessible settings. This year, we advanced that commitment by being selected to provide Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) in 14 counties, launching ReadyCare WalkIn Clinics for Behavioral Health at 12 locations, introducing primary care services in Lorain, and opening new sites in Findlay and Dennison. These expansions bring critical services directly into
homes, schools, and communities, supporting both immediate intervention and ongoing care.
Today, OhioGuidestone serves more than half of Ohio’s 88 counties and partners with over 300 schools statewide.
In addition to physical growth, we strengthened our reach through innovative service delivery. Expanded walk-in services, integrated care, and evidence-based screening programs enable earlier identification of needs and more timely, personalized responses.
Together, these efforts reduce barriers and ensure more individuals have access to the support they need.

OhioGuidestone continues to grow through strategic investments in the communities we serve, expanding access to whole-person care across Ohio.
In Dennison, we opened Stillwater Crossing, a 7,900-square-foot residential treatment center for men— the first nonprofit facility of its kind in Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties. This $2.7 million facility, built by the ADAMHS Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties and operated by OhioGuidestone, addresses a critical gap in substance use treatment, offering evidence-based care for up to 16 men, along with continued support following discharge.
We also expanded services at the Findlay Family Center, joining 11 other social service providers in a communitybased setting, and introduced primary care at the Lorain Health Center, strengthening our continuum of care and improving access for individuals and families.

OhioGuidestone expanded its reach and strengthened its capacity to deliver whole-person care through strategic growth across the state, ensuring timely access to high-quality, integrated behavioral health services.
In May, we launched ReadyCare Walk-In Clinics for Behavioral Health at 12 locations statewide. The ReadyCare brand unifies walk-in services, including Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics and Substance Use Disorder Services, providing convenient, same-day access without appointments and reducing barriers such as long wait times.
We also introduced comprehensive Primary Care at the Lorain Health Center, where patients receive both physical and behavioral health services in one location, improving outcomes.
Additionally, OhioGuidestone was selected to oversee Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) across three regions and provide services in a fourth region in partnership with other providers. MRSS delivers rapid, in-person support within 60 minutes of calling 988 and up to 42 days of wraparound care for youth and families in crisis.
Together, these advancements reflect our commitment to innovation, accessibility, and integrated care across Ohio.

In FY25, we expanded access to several evidence-based programs including Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) assessments, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Expressive Arts therapies. These efforts enable us to meet clients where they are, reach underserved populations, and drive innovation in behavioral health care.
Together, these programs, and our commitment to personalized, accessible care, empower clients to discover their new path forward.

Our clients say it best. Discover stories of resilience, success, and hope.
In FY25, OhioGuidestone strengthened its continuum of care by integrating three evidence-based tools to better identify needs and deliver timely support.
A key advancement was the introduction of Measurement-Based Care (MBC) through Greenspace, which uses digital assessments and real-time data to guide clinical decision-making.
We also launched the Yates Paternal Depression Screening Tool, developed by our Institute of Family and Community Impact, to identify and address depression in fathers and fathers-to-be.
Additionally, we expended use of the Signs of Suicide (SOS) program in schools increased early identification of at-risk youth. Together, these tools enhance our ability to provide datadriven, responsive care, and improve outcomes.

OhioGuidestone employees continue to demonstrate excellence, compassion, and dedication in every community we serve. Their commitment to our mission is reflected in the high-quality care they provide and the recognition they earn across the region.
In FY25, OhioGuidestone celebrated a second consecutive designation as a NorthCoast 99 employer, reaffirming our commitment to a workplace where talent is supported and empowered.
Staff received honors from NAMI Cleveland and NAMI/ StarkMHAR for advancing mental health awareness, and President and CEO Brant Russell was named a Smart 50 Award recipient.
These achievements reflect the strength of our training and professional development efforts, including a comprehensive internal training curriculum and comprehensive internship program that prepares future professionals.
Together, our culture is thriving, and our team continues to make a meaningful impact across Ohio.

In FY25, our philanthropic partnerships, community relationships, and dedicated volunteers strengthened our ability to help clients build healthier futures. Investments in tools such as Measurement-Based Care, along with expanded services—including MRSS, ReadyCare, and primary care—enhanced our capacity to deliver meaningful, lasting impact across the communities we serve. These advancements were made possible through the generosity of our donors.
The 2024 Promise Run broke records in both fundraising and attendance while increasing awareness, reflecting the strong commitment of both new and longtime supporters.
Donors and volunteers also helped launch two new Holiday Shop locations in Toledo and Columbus, expanding a model first established in Berea, where care providers select donated gifts for families in need.
Volunteers further enriched the lives of those we serve by supporting several events, including an Easter Egg Hunt and Noon Year’s Eve party on our Berea residential campus, and Trunk or Treat events at our offices across the state including an Easter Egg Hunt, Trunk or Treat, and Noon Year’s Eve parties.
Together, these partners in philanthropy continue to strengthen OhioGuidestone’s role as a trusted leader in community behavioral health—bringing hope, healing, and opportunity to communities across Ohio.
