At OTF Cares, we believe that the health and well-being of our families extend far beyond the playing field. Our mission is rooted in supporting the whole health of our current NFL and alumni families husbands, spouses, children, and the communities they continue to inspire and impact. We understand that our stakeholders are diverse, spanning generations from Baby Boomers to Gen Z and Alpha, each with unique needs, talents, and aspirations.

Investing in the Future Through Internships & Externships Internships
OTF Cares is committed to developing the future workforce across professional sports and beyond. Our National Internship Program offers engaging, creative, behind-the-scenes experiences that expose talented individuals whether aspiring athletes or future industry leaders to the diverse careers within sports. Through this program, participants gain valuable skills, mentorship, and insights to shape their careers and lives.
Similarly, our Externship Program connects our members’ industry expertise with community business partners, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that promote skill-sharing, mentorship, and community impact. We view these initiatives as vital to strengthening our industry, our communities, and our collective future.
