In class we learned two things. First, you don't have to write every prompt yourself: you can ask ChatGPT to write the prompt for you, scene by scene, with the same character in every scene. Second, a ChatGPT Project remembers your rules, so next time you give only a topic and get the title, description and tags. This assignment makes you test both. I don't want only perfect results. I want to see where the AI failed and how you caught it.

Round 1 · The lazy prompt FAILURE ROUND · 15 min Open 3 separate new chats. In each one, type only a one-line prompt for one scene. Example: Create an image of Parvati blessing a Ganesh pandal.
Put the 3 images side by side in one screenshot. Look closely: is the face the same? The saree? The colours? The drawing style? When the character changes from scene to scene, it is called character drift. That is the problem this whole mission solves. Submit: 1 side-by-side screenshot + 3 lines on what changed.

Round 2 · Prompt the prompt 30 min Now you don't write the image prompt. You write a prompt that asks ChatGPT to write it. Use the RTF framework from Assignment 3 (Role, Task, Format). Your meta-prompt must ask ChatGPT to: 1. Create a Character Sheet: name, age, face, hair, clothes, jewellery, colours, art style. 2. Write 3 scene prompts. Each one must repeat the full character description word for word, plus background, lighting, camera angle, action and mood. 3. Ask you questions first if anything is unclear. Here is a starter to understand the idea. Don't just copy it. Write your own version for your story. ROLE: You are a children's animation prompt writer who is expert in character consistency for AI image and video tools. TASK: I want a 3-scene animated video on "[your story]". Before writing, ask me up to 5 questions about the look, mood and audience. Then: 1. Create a CHARACTER SHEET for each main character (name, age, face, hair, clothes, jewellery, colours, art style). 2. Write 3 SCENE PROMPTS. In every scene prompt, repeat the full character description word for word. Add background, lighting, camera angle, action and mood. FORMAT: Character Sheet as a table. Each scene as a separate block titled "Scene 1", "Scene 2", "Scene 3". Same art style in all scenes.
Submit: your own meta-prompt (typed text) + screenshot of the questions ChatGPT asked you + the Character Sheet it made.
Round 3 · Three consistent images 30 min In the same chat, generate the 3 scene images one by one using the Round 2 prompts. Then fill this table honestly: Scene

Compare with Round 1. If a scene still drifted, fix the prompt once and regenerate. Write down what you changed. Submit: 3 images + filled table + the one fix you made.
Round 4 · Three videos, scene by scene 30 min Ask ChatGPT to convert each scene into a short video prompt: what moves, how the camera moves, duration, and the music or sound mood. Then create 3 clips, one per scene, in whichever video tool your plan allows. If your free plan blocks video, write that in your Failure Log and try another tool you have access to. Watch all 3 clips back to back. Where did the character change between clips? Submit: 3 video prompts + 3 clips (or screen recording) + 3 lines on where drift happened.

⚠ Failure Log (compulsory). Note every problem you saw, with a screenshot: • Character drift between scenes or clips • Extra fingers, strange hands, melted faces • Telugu text inside images coming out broken or wrong • Video blocked or limited on the free plan • For Story 2: wrong or disrespectful details in the depiction of the Goddess. Check her traditional attributes before you accept any image. If something is wrong, don't use it; correct the prompt. A well-documented failure is worth more to me than a lucky success.

Round A · Without a Project STOPWATCH ON · 20 min Pick 3 video topics for your channel. For each topic, open a normal chat and ask for title, description and tags. Type all the rules every time (limits, hook, keywords, CTA). Record how many minutes each topic took, including fixing the output. Submit: 3 outputs + minutes for each (fill the Time Saved sheet).
Round B · Build your Project 20 min Create a Project named "My YouTube SEO Desk". Add Project Instructions in your own words. They must cover every rule below: You are the YouTube SEO writer for my channel "[channel name]". My audience: [who]. Language: [Telugu / English / mix]. Whenever I give you only a topic, give me: 1. TITLE - under 100 characters, main keyword near the start. 2. DESCRIPTION - about 1,000 characters. Hook in the first 2 lines, keywords used naturally, then my CTA: [your channel's contact/CTA]. 3. TAGS - comma-separated, total under 500 characters. Follow the style of the sample files I uploaded.
Upload 2 or 3 good sample packages (title + description + tags you like) as files in the Project. Submit: screenshot of the Project with instructions and uploaded files visible.

Round C · Topic only STOPWATCH ON · 20 min Open a new chat inside the Project. Give only the topic, one line, nothing else. Do this for 3 new topics and record the minutes again. Now verify every output with an online character counter. Do not ask ChatGPT to count. ChatGPT reads text in tokens, not letters (remember Assignment 1), so it is weak at counting characters. Expect to catch at least one title or tag set that goes over the limit. Submit: 3 outputs + character-counter screenshots + minutes for each.
Round D · Break test 15 min 1. Give the same one-line topic in a normal chat outside the Project. Screenshot the difference. Does it know your rules? 2. Go back inside the Project and give a 7th topic. Are the limits and the CTA still followed, or has it started drifting? Submit: 2 screenshots + 2 lines on what you observed.
