Nueces County Appraisal District’s (CAD) formal and informal hearing results are displayed below:  The Nueces CAD total tax savings in 2022 of $28 million is more than the 2021 total property tax savings of $25 million. July 2023 Protests at the Nueces County Appraisal Review Board in 2021 generated a total of $383 million in tax assessment reduction, generating an estimated $9.5 million in property tax savings.

June 2023 Nueces County Appraisal District informal hearing settlements in 2021 reduced assessed values by $8.3 million, generating an estimated $209,674 in property tax savings.
