Guest Lawn Ceremony

Overlooking one of Rhode Island’s signature salt lagoons, Quonochontaug Pond, the Guest Lawn is a striking location for any outdoor wedding ceremony or event.

Capacity: 225 people

Site Fees: $4,500 (April-November)

Card Room

Nestled in The Restaurant, the Card Room, is a private dining room, ideal for groups of up to 12.

Capacity: 12 people

Site Fee: $500 (year round)

Fenway Cottage

Set off the pool, Fenway Cottage, is a laidback area for groups of up to 50 people. With the room being next to the pool, this space is ideal for cocktail receptions, brunches, and casual dinners.

South Lawn

Located in the heart of the Inn, the SeaRoom boasts unobstructed views of Quonohontaug Pond and Block Island South, for smaller rehearsal dinners, wedding brunches, or receptions.

The Restaurant Terrace & Amphitheater

Built around the historic wood-burning firepit, the Restaurant Terrace & Amphitheater, is fun location for cocktail receptions, lobster boils, as well as roasting s’mores.

Meeting House

Floor-to-ceiling windows, a beachstone wood-burning fireplace and well-appointed interior design, provide a quintessentially, New England setting for events of up to 75 people in the Meeting House.

Rooms & Suites

Each of Weekapaug Inn’s guestrooms and suites is true to Inn tradition, with each room offering a unique view, layout and furnishings. In restoring and updating the 1939 Inn, the architects sought to merge history with modern sensibility, where a distinct sense of place inhabits every space.

GUEST ROOMS

Overlooking Quonochontaug Pond or facing the Cove and village of Weekapaug, our guestrooms offer feather-top beds, luxurious linens and premium bath products. Relish in stunning views while enjoying complimentary snacks or room service around the breakfast table. Along with distinct textile patterns for the sewn and upholstered pieces, guests will also find a vintage piece from the old Inn in most of the rooms, as well as modern furnishings to ensure complete comfort.

FENWAY SUITES

Each of the three Fenway Suites has its own enclosed, furnished deck with deep soaking tub (open seasonally). With panoramic views of Quonochontaug Pond and located above the swimming pool and fitness center separate from the

Inn’s main building, each of the three Fenway Suites is designed to be a truly private retreat.

SIGNATURE SUITES

Each of our residence-style Signature Suites offers approximately 1,800 square feet of space and expansive views of Quonochontaug Pond, the Atlantic Ocean, and Weekapaug village through windows on three sides. Ideal for families,

each suite offers a full kitchen, large dining area, den/library with gas fireplace, pullout queen sleeper sofa and laundry facilities. Primary and guest bedrooms feature king beds and en suite bathrooms, with a luxurious soaking tub in the master bathroom. Offering ultimate privacy, each Signature Suite can be reached by private stairway via keyed access to your own private elevator.

CARRIAGE HOUSE SUITES

Both of our Carriage House Suites are the only accommodations to boast views of both the Pond and the salt marsh Cove.

In addition to living, kitchen and dining areas, these beautifully appointed one-bedroom suites feature a furnished deck with deep soaking tub (open seasonally).

General Policies

INCLEMENT WEATHER AND OUTDOOR EVENTS

For the safety of the guests and to ensure successful events, the hotel reserves the right to relocate a scheduled outdoor event indoors. This will be determined based on the local weather forecast.

Breakfast/Morning Events: 5pm the evening prior the event

Lunch/Afternoon Events: 9am the day of the event

Dinner/Evening Events: 2pm the day of the event

Ceremonies: 12pm the day of the event

No amplified music is permitted after 10pm outdoors / 11pm indoors. The hotel reserves the right to set amplification volume levels for all events. The couple and band/ entertainment agrees to adhere to such restrictions.

BANQUET SERVICE CHARGE AND STATE TAX

A taxable service charge of 24% is applied on all equipment rentals, site fees, service food and beverage. State tax will also be applied and are subject to change without notice.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

No outside food and beverage allowed to be brought to any events.

Final menu and event selections are required 30 days prior to the event in order to guarantee availability. Final guarantee number of guests is required ten (10) business days prior to the event. Confirmed meal breakdown for each entrée is due

seven (7) business days prior to the event.

Menu prices quoted are estimates only and are subject to change due to changes in costs of commodities, labor, taxes or

similar reasons subsequent to the signing of the Agreement and the couple agrees to pay such revised prices. Alternatively, in the event of such increased costs, the hotel may with advance notification and at its option, offer the couple reasonable substitutions in menu items to consider, which may offset the additional costs. The couple will have the option of accepting the substitutions to the menu items offered by the hotel or will agree to the revised pricing.

Couples expecting 100 or more guests will be offered a complimentary menu tasting for up to 4 total guests which includes:

(3) Plated Starter Options, (3) Plated Entrée Options, (3) Cake Flavor Combinations and House Wines. Couples anticipating less than 100 guests may request a menu tasting, additional fees will apply.
