• Raise customer service queries directly to our Customer Service Team

How Does it Wo

Within 72 hours of booking:

• Travel agent invoice, client invoice, ATOL certificate, Terms & Conditions and Booking Checklist are sent to appointed head office email address

• Client invoice, ATOL certificate, Terms & Conditions and Booking Checklist are uploaded to Manage My Booking 7-14 days prior to departure:

• All Final travel documents are sent to appointed email head office email address

• Final Travel documents are available on Manage My Booking
