Partnering with Ocean Beds FAQS

Who does Ocean Beds distribute to?

Ocean Beds distributes accommodation through a broad network of B2B and B2C tour operators, online travel agents, bed banks and selected group-owned brands, helping suppliers access both trade and direct-to-consumer demand.

Is Ocean Beds only focused on Orlando?

No. While Ocean Beds has a strong heritage in Orlando and wider Florida villa distribution, the business has expanded significantly and is actively growing its accommodation portfolio across the USA and other transatlantic long-haul destinations.

How are rates contracted?

Ocean Beds works on a wholesale model. Supplier rates and fees are streamed directly, and Ocean Beds adds its own margin on top. There are no commission fees.

Is integration complicated?

No. Our model is designed for low-effort onboarding. We already connect with systems including Ciirus, Streamline and MyBookingPal, which helps simplify inventory transfer and ongoing distribution.

Who supports the guest during travel?

Ocean Beds provides guest support throughout the stay, including a 24/7 emergency helpline. Property managers are only involved when necessary, helping to reduce avoidable operational contact.

How does Ocean Beds help reduce supplier risk?

Ocean Beds takes responsibility for accidental and non-accidental damages, removing the need for client credit cards on file and helping reduce chargeback disputes.

What type of properties are a good fit?

We look for well-managed accommodation with strong guest appeal, reliable standards and good suitability for leisure demand. This includes villas, holiday homes, resort properties, serviced accommodation and hotel inventory.
