Ocean Beds is the accommodation-only division of the Ocean Holidays Group, with a specialist focus on USA and long-haul products for the travel trade. Launched in 2013, the business began as a leading distributor of Florida vacation homes and has since expanded into a wider portfolio of more than 3,000 of villas and over 500 hotel options across the USA and other key long-haul destinations such as the Caribbean and the Maldives.

Our portfolio includes villas, holiday homes, resort properties and hotels, with inventory distributed through a wide network of travel trade partners as well as group-owned sales channels

Ocean Beds is part of the Ocean Holidays Group, a UK-based travel company with over 20 years of award-winning experience and a clear vision to become the leading long-haul and luxury travel provider in Europe. A key driver of demand for Ocean Beds is Ocean Florida, the largest brand within the group and the UK's largest independent tour operator specialising in Florida villa holidays. Ocean Florida generates the highest volume of direct-to-consumer bookings for Ocean Beds and plays an important role in delivering a consistent and reliable booking flow. In addition, Winged Boots, the group’s luxury travel brand, provides selected accommodation partners with valuable exposure to a high-end leisure audience in the UK.

Ocean Beds operates on a straightforward wholesale model. Supplier rates and fees are streamed directly into our system, and we add our margin on top. There are no commission fees. In return, we ask for a wholesale discount off rack rate so we can remain competitive while driving incremental bookings through our channels.

Our API connections with Ciirus, Streamline and MyBookingPal allow us to pull inventory directly into our platform, helping reduce manual handling and making distribution easier to manage.

Guest and operational support

Ocean Beds supports guests throughout their stay and provides a 24/7 emergency helpline, helping reduce unnecessary calls to property managers. We also take responsibility for accidental and non-accidental damages, removing the need for client credit cards on file and helping reduce chargeback disputes.

Rates, fees, availability and property information are loaded into our system for trade distribution.

Go live and grow
