GOING NOWHERE Three bicycles (one barely visible) will not be going up and down the Boardwalk anytime soon after being snowed in on the seaside of 4th Street and the boards. It also appears that whoever owns these bikes isn’t too concerned, or else they wouldn’t have left them on the Boardwalk unattended for such a long period.
