On the one hand he was grateful to be back home for the first time in five months. On the other, he was frustrated that he could not get out of bed on his own. The 33-year-old is adjusting to a new life after spending months in the Chedoke Hospital in Hamilton, recovering from a C6-7 spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed from the chest down.
