Cottage Rules To ensure an exceptional stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

Ã Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for nearby cottages, neighbors and club members. Gates close at 11:00 PM. Should you need access afterhours, please let staff know prior and we can arrange access.

/ No Smoking

All cottages are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is detected inside the cottage.

° Pets

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Service animals are always welcome.

7 Occupancy

Cottage access is limited to registered guests only. If you'd like to invite visitors, please inform the Front Desk.

ß Cooking & Food

Light cooking is permitted in designated kitchenette areas. Please be mindful of food odors and dispose of trash properly. Outside catering is not allowed without prior approval.

w Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is provided between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Let us know if you prefer not to be disturbed.

ê Alcohol Policy

Outside alcohol is not permitted on Oakwood property, with the exception of bottles of wine, which may be brought in for a $30 corkage fee per bottle.

< Club Access

Guests are invited to enjoy select club amenities. Please refer to your Welcome Guide or inquire at the Front Desk for details on access, hours, and dress code. Club access is reserved for members and their guests. Non-member access must be approved in advance by the General Manager.

= Damages & Property

Please treat the space with care. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after your stay will be charged to the card on file.

Housekeeping Services Housekeeping is provided daily between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Should you need additional housekeeping or service outside of the scheduled time, please contact the Front Desk via the app or by calling 816-761-5501. Included Services: Bed linens and towels replaced every other day Trash emptied Bathroom cleaned Basic tidying of living areas Snacks & beverages restocked daily Linen & Towel Policy: To conserve water and energy, linens and towels are replaced every other day of your stay unless otherwise requested. If you would like them replaced sooner, simply leave used towels on the bathroom floor or contact us. Extra Amenities: Should you need additional toiletries, or other in-room items, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Extra pillows and blankets are located in bedroom closets for your convenience.
